特蘭布爾波特爾酒店(Trumbull and Porter - Detroit Downtown)

酒店不像圖片上宣傳的那樣。沒有完成室外公共空間。它仍處於建設階段。餐廳永久關閉。他們把我們放在一個沒有打掃過的房間裏。不得不看着工作人員收拾我們的房間。他們確實給了我們一瓶便宜的起泡酒來解決我們的麻煩。我唯一能說的就是床很舒服。

This hotel is marketed as an "Artisan" hotel ...this just means there's a lot of unnecessary frills that they charge more money for. Eg, leather chairs in hallways, artwork, concrete floors in rooms. Felt very safe walking around the area and our room was comfortable except a large cobweb hanging off the sprinkler head.

The property is a unique artsy boutique. It has lots of one of a kind installation of local artist artworks inside and on the exterior of the hotel. Wish the restaurant is still open, it was very good according to the reviews. Hopefully, they will find a new chef and reopen this restaurant to bring more life into this hotel.

The hotel is located in an area that is not developed and seemingly shady. The rooms are tiny with paper thin wall. The worst part was the concrete floor that even with the heat on full blast felt like you were walking outside. The inside of the window had ice formed and I could never get the room warm. The elevator felt like it was open to the elements.

Room was clean and unique. Enjoyed the environment. Comfortable stay. For the price we would have hoped for a little more, in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Detroit. Nothing negative to say about our experience. Parking was really nice, although winter storm everything was ice.

The overall stay was great but a pair of my boyfriend's blue jeans came up missing which we found really odd. We wanted to be close to downtown Detroit and this was the perfect place. Staff was nice. Even though my van alarm went off for 2hrs I felt so bad.

This property was grossly misrepresented as ac nice, upscale hotel. It. Is. Not. Rooms were tiny, floors concrete and dirty, beds were hard and uncomfortable. We did not get a good nights sleep as we kept sticking to the water proof mattress pad. The hot water barely got warm.The restaurant advertised has not been open since covid. The neighborhood isn't that great. We felt like we way overpaid all together. Would never stay here again and would give zero stars if we could.

I had a disappointing experience at the Trumbull hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the unpleasant discovery of a cockroach in my room. This unsettling encounter has significantly diminished my confidence in the hotel’s cleanliness and would likely discourage potential guests in the future.
