The hotel was great. I wasn't happy to find out afterwards that they charged a amenity fee when checking out. Especially since they charged it to me for both night's. Once would've been not ok but better than 2 night's.

Very Nice rooms! Check in was fast but only thing to change is the valet parking. We did come at a a busy time but sat on the road for about 30 mins waiting. There isnt a big area to have valet at. need to think of a better way.

I dislike plastic classes in the rooms. There is no schuttle service to events in the area.

The team at the front desk is fantastic. They were very helpful in offering dinner and entertainment ideas. Parking, check-in and out was a breeze, ****** and dinner is very walkable. Convenient to the People Mover and Lions Stadium

The stay at the hotel was fine. We were disappointed in the attached ****** as the workers were on strike and you could not get a drink in the ****** and/or have a sit down dinner. In addition, the tables were not open. Disappointed we paid $$ for the convenience of staying on-site at the Hotel/****** and only had minimal access.

It was so nice to be close to Ford Field and the Christmas activities downtown. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back for another visit.

2nd year staying the night before thanksgiving going to the Lions game on thanksgiving day, staff was helpful and pleasant, disappointed many of the restaurant's and bars had not reopened after the strike
