Awful service and bad reception staff. I booked king room but was told the booking team made a mistake a booked queen room. They said I had to upgrade which I did for my two nights. I claimed money back after paying for upgrade from my booking agent as the error. Upon checking out they said I had to pay the upgrade AGAIN?! They said when I paid on arrival I did for one night, I made it clear in here for 2 nights and will have my original kind room for two nights and claim the upgrade costs back. I already claimed when I FIRST PAID. I can’t even claim the second amount. The staff member never told me this when I arrived. She made the mistake. If I was upgrading for both nights why not just take the full payment at the end all together? Why two different payments each day? Not only did I waste 2 hours checking I wasted more time checking out trying to catch my flight because of these silly reception staff. Staff need training, no managers ever available. No resolutions. I will never book again. Also the showers don’t give hot showers, like warm at best. AVOID.
