No maintenance hotel, littel snake in bathroom, no service, very bad experience. No parking, no lift working

Polite staff. Had no problem in getting room at 11. 00 pm also. But poor maintenance of room. Mosquito and rats are there.

Excellent location, and all rooms are good condition and everyone cooperate.

This is basically a restaurant with banquet and only 5 rooms. The staff are well behaved. The food was really tasty. But the power connection is very unstable and goes off very frequently. There no window in the room and the rooms are smaller than expected. The rooms being situated at the back side of the building, the passages are also dark and are not properly lighted.

I reached hotel reception at 2:30am and checked in without any trouble, its a pleasant experience, cleanliness and room services were up to the mark, complementary break fast shall be added

1. The stay was below average there were mosquitoes even after ac was working good but still a lot of mosquitoes and they didn't provide any spray and allout 2. Secondary the tv didn't work even after complaining nothing was done 3. A lot of power cut and on that they don't run ac on generator 4. I chose breakfast plan but so i ordered 2 plates of poori but it was stated by them that only 1 is complimentary while usually on breakfast it's complimentary

Service not good. Ac not working due to electricity issues. There is no open window in the room. They start the generator but all room lights are continuously blinking. Even fans are also not running speed. Plug points are also damaged, even mobile phones are also not able to charge properly. But the person sitting in reception, he is good

Lots of mosquitoes, an uncomfortable bed and the room were on the ground floor with an untidy surrounding.

hole room . mosquito . I am suffering 5 to 6 hours then I check out the same day evening. this is my bad experience last 10 years traveling.

The room was well maintained and upto the mark. The only problem was the absence of mattress outside the bathroom.
