Stayed one night as a stop on our way to Lancaster area. Perfect in every way! Room was fabulous, clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Hotel was situated close to all of our shopping needs. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place to stay. The rooms were a good size and clean. The even numbered room have a wonderful view. Even those the odd numbered rooms face the road, there was no road noise at night. The breakfast was better than average and the area featured a deck with the view.

Didn't spend much time here since we were passing through. Overall it was a nice property, with pool and hot tub plus free breakfast and they accept dogs. I was a little surprised it wasn't the typical layout of other Home2Suites we've stayed in (either with one bedroom, or the u-shaped layout where you enter through kitchen, turn left or right to bed, turn again to bathroom). Instead the room felt like a longish standard hotel room with a curtain separating the bed from sleeper sofa. With two adults, two kids, and two dogs, we were a little cramped. We were stepping over each other and I was glad we weren't traveling with our Pack'n'Play anymore because I'm not sure it would have fit. I picked our room using the app/digital key check-in... it tried to suggest one but I chose something closer to the door for taking the dogs out. Maybe there was a reason, it smelled a little strange when we went in and the sofa looked pretty beat up, tattered and stained. But once we got settled, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom clearly remodeled recently. Overall nice and would stay again.

Great place to stay with kids! The rooms were fairly priced. The hotel was really clean. It had great view. Location is excellent, only a few minutes from shopping. Breakfast was excellent, they had all kinds of things from waffles to oatmeal. They do need to hire more staff for breakfast during busy mornings. I wish they offered more suite rooms to make it more comfortable for families. Some people were rude to take over the entire hot tub as a family for more than an hour and not allow other people to use it.

Traveling through with a family of 5 (3 teens). This was perfect. Our suite had 2queens and a pull-out couch. The room was very spacious, lots of shelf/counter space. Kitchenette was cute and had everything! Breakfast was great - waffles, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, juices. All in all this is a fantastic value. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Outstanding hotel. Everything was mint condition. Staff was outstanding. Nicest most complete free breakfast of any hotel that I have ever stayed at. Very clean place. Cannot recommend this place enough! Will stay here again when going through Scranton

Good experience. Staff was nice and helpful, but front desk empty some of the time. Good enough breakfast buffet. Front rooms are about a 100 yards from the road. (Think football field.) Therefore if the occasional car noise bothers you, just keep the fan running while sleeping. Free parking. I will stay again.

I ended up staying here twice over a 3 week period due to a family member’s hospitalization. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Every request I made was met. Room was clean, free breakfast and coffee were good. Conveniently located near the mall, several stores and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We stayed for one night-passing through. After driving 13 hours, all we wanted was a hot shower and a comfy bed. Upon attempting to get a shower, we quickly learned there was no hot water in our shower. Called down to the desk, explained the problem and was told they would send up their” house guy” which I guess meant maintenance guy on duty. He came a bit later, ran the shower and confirmed there was a problem. The front desk said they would reach out to the manager. About 2 hours later, I was contacted asking if we wanted to switch rooms— as we were already in bed, I declined. Upon check out, I expected the issue to be addressed and it was not- at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I called a couple of days later and spoke with the manager who remembered our issue and she very kindly issued a partial refund which I found to be satisfactory. The plus side of this was the bed was comfy and it was quiet- so all in all, I would stay again if in the area. Also hotel is close to retail, restaurants do very convenient.

The hotel is modern and clean. They gave us complimentary water bottles and snacks upon arrival. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a quiet and spacious room as requested. We loved the kitchenette and the sofa-bed so that our teens each had their own bed. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner/heater worked well despite being a bit too loud, at least it provided a nice white noise. The shower didn’t have a soap bar so bring your lufa. The soaps smelled nice though. The cable while apparently connected did not work though. We liked that there were plenty of plugs, including USB plugs. The breakfast bar was well stocked with warm and cold options. We enjoyed making fresh waffles.

We enjoyed our stay here. Travis at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Free parking and free breakfast - great after a long road trip. And the view from the balcony with the firepit - wow! Thank you.

We had a family reunion and reserved several rooms for the event. It was great having everyone together, and in some cases in adjoining rooms. The hotel common spaces were very nice and a convenient way to gather, talk, share photos and take some new photos. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly and the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our 4-legged family members too. I only have a couple of minor quibbles. The hotel grounds could use a bit more grassy space. A lot of it is on a sharp incline and my dog was not able to run around there so we drove her to the park about ten minutes away. Also, I wish hotel windows would open to allow fresh air in - that's not unique to this chain, I know.

Lisa who served breakfast was very sweet and accommodating. She offered to make us plain oatmeal without sugar. Definitely went above and beyond what is typical service. Travis checked us in with a smile. He was responsive to our request for more pillows! The foam/ gel pillows are great. The other feather type pillows should be given to people you don’t like. Travis we appreciate it. The hot tub was a relaxing unexpected surprise!!!! The walls between rooms are very thin. The family in the room next to us woke us up! We are enjoying a day at Woodloch Spa, 50min away.

It was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed our stay here. It's in a good 👍 area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was clean and big and a terrific Free breakfast 🍳🥐 in the morning . Maybe only thing missing is a free 📰🗞️ newspaper. We would definitely stay here again . You won't be disappointed staying here .
