Villa 環境優美，遠離煩囂；酒店整體設施新淨，而且潔淨。早餐很多元化，而且味道很好，特別喜歡Pho 的湯底。唯獨是離市中心較遠，無論從峴港還是會安市中心都必須要打車。但是，這就是令酒店享有優美環境的原因。 需要改善的是員工的服務態度。在第一天晚上，房間沒有電力，打電話給前枱三次，才成功安排工作人員到房間維修。到離開酒店當日早上，我們要求延遲退房，前枱說會盡快回覆我們可否延遲；但是，直至我們離開酒店房都沒有回覆我們。而且，我們在退房前，打電話到前枱要求穿梭巴士在Villa 門前等待，並送我們到前枱。當我們從Villa 二樓見到巴士時，已經馬上下樓，但是，當我們到地下時，穿梭巴士已經離開了。最後，要我們自己推著行李走到前枱…..

飯店尚未完工...氣氛凌亂...未經訓練的工作人員... 主泳池蠻大的，但是海邊泳池很小…好像當地團體很多…如果峴港的價格一樣，會有很多選擇…

我們在會安皇家海濱別墅的住宿真是一次奇妙的體驗。首先，從別墅看到的海灘景色非常特別，花時間看日出很特別。寬敞的別墅很乾淨，有一個舒適的放鬆空間。 工作人員很棒，總是微笑著、很有禮貌地跟我打招呼，這讓我感到很安心。他們為我們提供了觀光建議和推薦餐廳，讓我們能夠充分享受該地區的魅力。 設施設有私人泳池和水療中心，讓您忘卻日常生活的喧囂，享受輕鬆度假的感覺。餐廳不僅提供越南當地美食，還提供國際美食，所有這些都非常美味。 另一個要點是前往會安老城區的便捷交通。我能夠在度假村的寧靜和旅遊區的喧囂之間取得良好的平衡。 會安皇家海濱別墅是想要創造特殊回憶的人的完美選擇。我下次絕對想再來一次！

Hiện tại mình đang trải nghiệm dịch vụ tại Wyndham Royal Villa trong chuyến du lịch với nhóm bạn. Ở dc 3 ngày rồi, mai là trả phòng. Mình với bạn bè cảm thấy khá hài lòng, trong khu villa đầy đủ dịch vụ, tiện nghi. View cửa sổ hướng biển rất đẹp, chill chill nhé. Nhân viên phục vụ là một trong những tiêu chí đánh giá khách sạn của t và tại đây đã đạt được tiêu chí đó. Gửi lời cảm ơn các bạn Hương, Hiếu (fo) đã hỗ trợ, cung cấp dịch vụ nhiệt tình, nhanh chóng.

Villa rất rộng và đẹp. Giai đoạn mình ở không bị dính mưa nên biển khá đẹp, đi ra biển chỉ tầm 5 phút đi bộ, resort mới, không quá đông khách, chủ yếu khách nước ngoài (chắc do mùa này mưa bão nhiều), ăn sáng ngon, nhân viên thân thiện. 2 hồ bơi thì tụi nhỏ thích hồ bơi gần nhà hàng hơn. Nếu ở đây mình recommend book villa hơn nhé

Gia đình mình rất hay đến Hội An du lịch, thường sẽ ở trong phố, còn resort biển sẽ lưu trú tại ĐN. Tuy nhiên, khi ở tại Wyndham Royal, mình rất bất ngờ về bãi biển ở đây, ko bị xâm lấn như các bãi khác tại Hội An . Bãi biển rất dài và thoải. Rất phù hợp để tắm và chụp ảnh sống ảo.

Resort có biệt thự với hồ bơi riêng rất đẹp, sạch sẽ và gần biển, mang đến không gian yên tĩnh và thư giãn. Khuôn viên rộng rãi, nhiều cây xanh, tạo cảm giác gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Phù hợp cho gia đình với các dịch vụ chăm sóc chu đáo, tiện nghi hiện đại. Ngoài ra, resort còn có nhà hàng phục vụ đa dạng các món ăn ngon, phong phú, từ ẩm thực địa phương đến quốc tế. Dịch vụ spa và các hoạt động giải trí như đi dạo biển hay tham gia các tour du lịch cũng là điểm cộng lớn. Chắc chắn là điểm đến lý tưởng để nghỉ dưỡng. Sẽ quay lại.

My group just stayed at Royal Hoi An Beachfront Villas and we loved it! The villa is beautiful, spacious, and right by the beach, so we could enjoy the ocean view every morning. The staff is super friendly, and the location is perfect, close to the Ancient Town. We’ll definitely come back!

Our experience was so amazing! The resort was great, and the staff that helped for breakfast was beyond great! Thu even helped us make special special food for our baby and remembered to get our toddler the small spoon every morning! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend this place to anyone with kids or family! A definite five stars!

Very friendly staff with best service, nice facilities, good food, and beautiful resort with private beach access. Swimming pools were beautiful, one looking out to the beach and another in a garden view. Very accommodating staff supporting us to check in early. Many attractive activities to try. Highly recommend and we will be back soon

I visited Hoi An and stayed at Hoi An Royal Beachfront Villas. I love the atmosphere there with beautiful beach and high quality resort. I spent 1 day enjoying my villa, I had a strong impression about Spa which gave me the feeling of relaxation. Moreover, breakfast also matched with my taste and offered me a lot of selections. Resort covers a multitude of activities that made us feel like home. Lastly, shout out for the staff who were very professional and enthusiastic just keep going. I definitely be back next time.

Nice room, delicious food, friendly staff. Breakfast is very fresh and varied every day. very special coffee with coconut cf and salt is very delicious. Funny luggage, taking pictures for my house is very beautiful. I will come back.!!!!!

It was wonderful! I stayed at the Wyndham Hoi An Royal Beachfront Resort & Villas in a 2-bedroom villa with a beautiful garden view. The room was spacious, airy, and close to nature, with a private pool for the villa. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff here were very friendly, especially Vy at the Kid’s Club. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and come back here in the near future.
