シャワーがお湯を使うまでに15分位あたためる時間が必要なタイプの部屋を知らずに予約。 使い方がわからず初めは仕方なく水でシャワーしました。 次回はこの部屋タイプは選ばないと思う。 それ以外は良い。朝食会場のレストランもプールサイドで良かった。 スタッフも親切でした。

I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room. Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks. Swimming pool was also very nice. Nice environment, clean pool, clean changing room and shower. It’s been a very pleasant stay, and thank you very much for the team at all fronts.

Had a wonderful and incredible Dinner at Bazaar Restaurant. Staff Risu treated us like a long-time regulars, help us with good food. Almost all the staffs were attentive and courteous, and made sure we had a great time. Its indeed a beautiful place , Really had a memorable time. Thankyou.

I recently had the pleasure visiting Niathu resort with my friend, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, the stuff was welcoming and attentive especially Risu making check-in smooth nd hussle free. I'd definitely love to visit again.

Mindblowing cuisine, the finest stay and dining experience of my life. Guy named Sapthrushi provides the finest service. The food has Multi Cuisine and it is fresh. You also have Live music, he sings awesome. Must visit if you come to Dimapur.

We recently hosted a family get-together for 25 people at Niatu Resort, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, this place exceeded our expectations and made our get-together truly special. The restaurant was a standout—beautifully designed with tasteful decor that set the perfect ambiance for our group. Subhojeet, the F&B manager, deserves a huge shoutout. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. He curated a lunch buffet menu that catered to everyone, with an impressive mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The spread was massive, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious—every dish was a hit with our family, and that’s no small feat with a group this size! The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure all our needs were met with genuine care. Everyone in our party had a blast. Niatu Resort turned our family and friends gathering into a memorable celebration, and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re planning an event or just a getaway, this place is a winner!

Nice, comfortable stay with kind staff. The peaceful, beautiful grounds make it relaxing. Good food, and Shejean at the restaurant is a fantastic stewardess! Her service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!!

I dont know where to start but this is my 4th or 5th stay in Niathu on work and I find the service here very average. It is nothing compared to the Niathu chain Vivor in Kohima. (The Niathu team needs to spend a month and learn etiquette and politeness from the Vivor staff). The staff in the reception were bickering in Nagamese and were being so unprofessional, particularly one lady, short and sulky, and was speaking rudely to her colleagues infront of the customer. Her attitude was really crass and showed total disregard of the guest standing infront of them. The only staff that were nice were from the morning breakfast and servers by the pool. Coming to the rooms, my bathroom faucets were leaky and the roof too was not covered. I mean why would you put a guest in a room like that and charge 6k plus. The bathroom had no hand towels, no soap ... it basically felt like they shoved me into any room that was there. And there weren't many guests so I'm sure they had other rooms. Again I thought maybe they thought a local wouldn't complain so much and they gave me a really sad room! I hope they amp up their service and do it really fast or else the amount charged is unjustified and other hotels will soon take over.

The test of food is very poor .. when we were gone in October 2024 . It was quite good but this time we suffered from poor food. We ordered kadayi paneer ,kadayi mushroom, chiken kadayi,naan garlic, vegetable biryani. But taste of these foods are not good.

We went there with friends . We enjoyed food and pool, but taste this time was not good. Chicken was half cooked and not spicy ,taste was not good even veg was also not tasty. We have gone there so many time so that's why I am giving this review. We expect better next time and this review may bring some change.

Great coffee shop with more options than just coffee. Most times its quiet so you can relax with your favorite coffee and let the stress of your day disappear. Indoor and outdoor seating and is found inside the grounds of Zone Niathu. Good hours to visit any time and if you are hungry they have options for that too. Asang has helped me the past 3 days and each drink is perfectly prepared, and is always treating me with a smile.
