房間乾淨，設備比較新，環境不錯，服務很好。

Solid hotel with an appealing desing and friendly staff. But being used to standards in Asia, it is nothing special. The fact that they even have a Sauna and Gym Area sets them apart from other hotels in the vicinity. Additional charges for parking and breakfast are too high. During this stay a few inconviniences occured which were handled and resolved quickly, but were still somewhat annoying: 1) They gave me room which was not yet cleaned up, so I had to go downstairs again and request a new room. 2) They only opened my room key for 3 nights although I booked 4. So, I had to queue during busy hours at the receiption to get my key opened for the room and the gym. 3) They only operate 1 out of 2 elevators which are incredibly slow. And the housekeeping is using the elevator during busy morning hours. This caused annoying and avoidable waiting times.

Sehr freundliches Personal es wird einem immer geholfen und es hat sehr schöne helle und geräumige Zimmer, man kann sehr gut in dem Restaurant essen , hat eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke mit einer sehr guten Qualität und man kann lange auf der Terrasse gemütlich sitzen und denn Abend genüsslich ausklingen lassen weil es an einer sehr ruhigen Lage ist aber innert paar Minuten bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof ist . Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und würde es jeder Zeit wieder Buchen .

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived late at night and was given a room that was already occupied — I literally opened the door to find someone else inside, just as shocked as I was. An unacceptable security and privacy issue. I was then moved to an outdated, dirty room in an older building (pieces of the wall were falling apart, there was not even a chair in the room…). At checkout, I’ve been told that the hotel was not able to issue an invoice due to all the confusion. Not an isolated incident it seems, my colleague faced the same issues. I raised a formal complaint, but received no reaction or response. Total disorganization, and lack of service— avoid this hotel at all costs.

一家酒店同時也是難民營！ 警告！這既是一家酒店，也是一個難民營。 酒店老闆不認為這是個問題。 停車場也是難民的通道。 飯店的大部分陽台都掛滿了難民要洗的衣服。 不惜一切代價遠離！
