I spent a week at Mouradi Djerba Menzel and it was the best holiday ever. Especially the food and animation team ☺️☺️ every day another show and the best dancers: Aladin and Simo in every shows we have been seen:) All people there are very friendly and you can enjoy and join to many of the various activities during a whole day. I do recommed it and for sure I will come back here:)

Service client décevant J'ai récemment visité cet hôtel avec l'intention de faire un petit tour avant de réserver en ligne. Malheureusement, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste a été plutôt décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un réceptionniste qui semblait désintéressé et peu accueillant. Lorsque j'ai demandé si je pouvais voir quelques chambres disponibles avant de faire ma réservation, il m'a répondu de manière brusque en affirmant que l'hôtel était complet, sans même vérifier sa disponibilité. Pourtant, j'avais vu en ligne que des chambres étaient toujours disponibles sur *******. En tant que client potentiel, j'ai été surpris par son manque de professionnalisme et son refus catégorique de me montrer les chambres. Je m'attendais à un accueil chaleureux et à un service courtois, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas. Je comprends que les hôtels peuvent être occupés à certaines périodes, mais j'aurais apprécié une réponse plus polie et une explication claire sur la disponibilité réelle des chambres. J'ai finalement choisi de réserver dans un autre établissement voisin, où le personnel était beaucoup plus accueillant et serviable. En résumé, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste de cet hôtel a été décevante et peu professionnelle. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra en considération ces commentaires pour améliorer son service client, car cela peut grandement influencer la décision des clients potentiels.

It is five-star hotel but strangely there were very few guests. There was a group of french jews celebrating some special date and because of them there was no hot food or even hot coffee for breakfast on Saturday and reception gave me no straight answer. It was so quiet in the pool & beach areas that it felt like a ghost place. The staff was unprepared and somewhat unfriendly, lazy? It took them ages to prepare our table at breakfast or even clean the ones used and there were abundant flies. The accommodation is superb and our dinner which was included, very tasty.

Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.
