Great hotel location, good free breakfast, and nice friendly staff.

Отель в хорошем месте, но это настоящая дыра, никакого уважения, менеджер ходит в стрингах с задницей в воздухе перед гостями, официант воняет смертью и приносит вам замаскированные блюда, короче говоря, мне просто хочется блевать, я не рекомендую это место.

emplacement ideal pour profiter de la baie de Kotor. les employés français etaient parfaits! belle chambre avec balcon donnant sur piscine et la baie. par contre decu par le buffet à 24 euros/pers ,donc pris le menu à la carte qui m' a couté moins cher avec 1 seul plat ,mais tres copieux et tres bon!!

Établissement situé à une vingtaine minutes de Kotor (on roule peu vite sur ces routes étroites le long de la baie et les bouchons sont fréquents), nous avons bénéficié d’un « appartement », qui n’en est plus vraiment un puisque l’espace cuisine a laissé place à un placard, seul subsiste le frigo. La vue sur la baie est magnifique, dommage que les odeurs de friture de la cuisine du restaurant de l’hôtel soit de la partie. En parlant d’odeur, de la petite salle de douche (l’appartement est grand, avec ses deux chambres doubles, mais la salle de bain est minuscule) se dégage une odeur pestilentielle qui se diffuse dans tout l’appartement… L’endroit est rempli de français, ce que nous ne cherchions pas forcément. Une partie du personnel parle français. Des animations jusqu’à tard le soir sont données, au détriment de notre repos pour cause de bruits, malgré le prix élevé de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus, le restaurant est plutôt bon, avec des prix un peu élevés pour le Monténégro.

We stayed in a Double Room with Sea View with a balcony but couldn't use the balcony because it was very dirty. The cleaner who was working on the 2 nights we were there only cleaned the inside of the room but not the balcony. Our room is in Building B, which is the one up the hill. We had a car with us and it wasn’t that bad walking the short distance from the carpark to the building. However, it has no lifts. So, for those with many heavy luggage, this could be burdensome. Parking for guests is free. The room was reasonably spacious but the bathroom facilities are old and dated. For the price they are charging, we expected better. Breakfast, to me, was only mediocre with a limited spread. They serve a lot of sweet pastries, which is not very healthy. Natasha at Front Desk speaks excellent English, and was very efficient and informative. Other than her, we did not liaise with other staff. We wanted to eat at the restaurant one evening, but got put-off by the very loud music they played with many people doing line-dancing, and a DJ shouting instructions. How do you expect your guests to have a nice and quiet dinner with such racket going on? For the price we had paid for the room (which includes breakfast), we had expected a better room in terms of amenities.

The staff innreception was very rude. She called my room at 11.03 and told me that check out time is 11.00. This is not acceptable. Apart from that we had problem with the water dranaige in the room. At first, the water was kot flow and the other there were very bad smell

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for - location by the sea, in a charming little town and friendly and hospitable personnel. Room in building A (202) had a lateral sea and mountain view. It was the same like shown on hotel website and booking. Housekeeping does quick and good job in the morning during breakfast. Furniture seems new and beds are very comfortable. We had breakfast included and all the compliments to Svetlana arranging it and friendly restaurant staff always making tables. Sea view during the breakfast gave a secret ingredient to local specialties we get a chance to taste every morning. Throughout the day, chef Petar prepared great variety of dishes. Waiter always made great recommendations, and Lisa and Blazo together with their team made great atmosphere in the restaurant, especially in the evening. There are sunbeds on the hotel terrace and just a few steps from it you can dive into the sea. Those that prefer laying on the pebble beach can stay on the beach that was never too crowded. It is a public beach, no entrance fee and no sunbeds. Water was crystal clean with a view over Kotor. Hotel offers plenty of tour choices and there’s possibility to book tours at the reception. Friendly front desk, especially Sladjan, always had good recommendations how to fulfill time and what to visit. Stories from him, who was born and raised in the town were added value to this charming property! If you are looking for a nice hotel by the sea, next to the oldest house that hides the story and legend behind with a friendly and hospitable personnel you will not make a mistake by booking this hotel! What is more - you will get a good value for money and meet wonderful people working in this family run hotel!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour ! L'hôtel est à taille humaine, ambiance chaleureuse et familiale et un personnel agréable et aux petits soins pour les vacanciers. La chambre était très agréable et au calme avec vue sur la baie de Kotor. Très bonne literie. Le buffet était délicieux avec des plats cuisinés par un chef et des produits locaux et de saison. Le club est aussi idéalement situé : dans le très joli village de Prcanj, à 10 minutes en voiture de Kotor et à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Tivat. Et la plage est juste en face de l'hôtel !! Merci à Nathalie, Diabé et Dorian ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs pleins la tête et avons déjà envie de revenir !

This hotel is a gem situated in the Bay of Kotor Management and staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious. The hotel is on a bus route so it’s convenient for Kotor, Tivat and other resorts. Taxis are reasonable. All in all a good choice Will definitely stay here again
