Upon checkin, ignored by staff at the door and again at the desk. The desk allowed a "Princess" to cut the line in front of us. The other agent stayed on phone entire time. He finallly checked us in after the extended phone call. Then, we go to get dinner. After driving 6 hours after working a full day, exhausted and hungry, we were forced to WALK IN THE RAIN searching for dinner because the 3 customers at the bar reqiured the staffs full attention for over 20 minutes while we WAITED, not to even be acknowledged. Then breakfast. My $20 a head breakfast was included in my tower room rate. We had to go round and round to resolve that as well. Overall very very UNHAPPY HERE.
