Concierges could have been on shift later in regards to calling for advice for things reception did not have the answers for. Hellen was amazing she went above and beyond for me during my stay at Mondrian. I even left some bits behind which I only noticed 2 days after leaving the hotel. Hellen called me back after I alerted the hotel and informed me that my items were stored in a safe space and gave me a reference code to collect my bits. I would advise also expanding a beauty services in regards to manicure with gel nails. I went elsewhere through recommendation of the hotel reception staff.

I tried something new and it was great. The Mondrian was so fun! Great pool. Amazing services. A fun neighborhood to explore with an elegant mall next door. Beautiful views on the lagoon... couldn.t ask for more. I hope to come again

O Hotel é espetacular. Lindo. Quarto maravilhoso. Os restaurantes do hotel são excelentes, especialmente o restaurante japonês e o italiano. A boate animadíssima, o pub. O hotel Mondrian tem tudo que um hóspede precisa. As pessoas são atenciosas e totalmente familiarizadas com a cultura ocidental.
