因工作原因,我長住在Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton, 2304房間。作為鑽石會員,我曾住過很多希爾頓集團下的酒店。在我看來這家酒店根本不符合希爾頓的服務標準。housekeeping服務非常糟糕,經常更換服務人員打掃我的房間,可以理解他們需要輪班。但是!經常換一些從未經過培訓的人來打掃, 把我私人的床上用品,甚至是枕頭都放在地上。我真的很無法忍受,覺得每天睡在屎上,他們這樣的服務太噁心了,簡直是侮辱希爾頓集團。像今天這種情況,當然不是第一次發生,當我每次反饋給工作人員後,沒有任何結果。住在這裏一年多,關於HSKP的問題,HSKP經理Gulem從未解決這些問題,從未當面給我過任何解釋。 I have been staying at Aleph Doha Curio Collection By Hilton for a long time due to my work. Staying here for more than a year, regarding the HSKP issues, the HSKP manager Gulem has never resolved the issues, never given me any explanation in person.
