There is room for improvement

The red bar is pretty small but cozy and good ambience and especially staff are friendly and professional. I had very touched experience in the red bar last weekend. I had an incident that I sprained my ankle right before heading to your hotel and I was not really able to walk properly. Julia offered me the first aid kit so that I could fix my ankle and Roger escorted me whenever I was going to washroom so that I could be more comfortable when I was trying to move. Both of them were super professional and I would like you to recognize them as they will build a good image of the red bar. These are beyond expectation and I cannot express more how much I appreciate these gestures from your hotel that we have when we visit these kind of local hotel. I am definitely willing to visit again! Thank you very much Julia and Roger 🥰

There have to be much better hotels in Doha. Take my advise and look for a different one. 1. I could not pay for the hotel on arrival. I got an email saying I had to pay in advance and they can only take accept a bank transfer and not a credit card. Why can they just the payment when you book online. I prefer to pay by credit card for hotels but I couldn't. 2. A front desk employee came knocking on our door while I was in the middle of getting dressed and would not leave until I answered the door. He said he had to confirm our reservation. I am like what? We are already in the room and we paid a week ago so I still have no idea what he wanted from me. I called down and spoke with another employee and she said I have no idea why he went to your room. Very strange. 3. We were given a handicapped room. (neither of us are) The bathroom was terrible and the smell was nauseating. It looked so old and dirty too. 4. There was no hot water to take a shower. I was not happy I had to freeze while taking both my showers. 5. There one only one towel in the bathroom and no soap. (we were delivered those after asking) 6. There was loud noise and music until 3am from the nightclub. (my own fault for not reading there was one there before I booked but I still wanted to mention it) 7. We paid a a a lot of money for our room and I really feel like we were ripped off. So I rate the value for money of this hotel a one star. Thank you for reading.

I liked it very much. It's clean and the service is excellent. The prices are excellent. The rooms are clean. The food and room service are very good. The reception staff are excellent. I also liked the location. I recommend people to come there.

A Fantastic stay offering exceptional customer service, top notch amenities, and a perfect location for both business and leisure, additionally, the hotel features a spa and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. Exceptional costumer service.

I would love to revisit New blue rose hotels located in Doha Qatar. Specially there staff were very friendly and humble, I had lots of fun and entertaining sports gameplay, there receptionists were so kind and they are very understanding person's. New blue rose hotel interiors are amazing and bedroom is very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks New blue rose hotels. We will visit again 👌👌👌💐❤️
