塞德拉阿詹(Sedra Arjaan)

This is probably my favorite hotel to come back to.. overall Special mention to Mercy the staff at the pub who go the extra mile to remember your name, and to make sure you're completely satisfied. got the service absolutely right - the ability to make you feel like you are coming back to your home. The facilities are excellent, and made sure the drinks & snacks were served just how we like it on each of the 3 days we visited there. Thank you

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was met with disinterest and rudeness from the staff named ISSAM, introducing himself as the Manager. And us inquiring who is his Superior, replied with a ‘IT IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS’. As being a guest of a tenant to attend a holiday dinner, it was a nightmare that other visitors just went home of disappointment. The guy is very unprofessional in dealing with the guest and their visitors, especially talking very rude to us. Confronting the guy properly that the way he deals with their clients is clearly not correct, he insisted that it is professional which definitely not. He offered to call the police so we can complain his attitude like ***. This might be a case of racism as we are Asians. And being part of the Hospitality Industry, this kind of attitude is NOT TOLERATED at all. It is very disappointing and horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

للأسف انا اخترته عشان يكون المكان الاول لاستمتاع أطفالي ولاكن المكان لايناسبهم لوجود مطعم فسه بار شرب والنزلاء اللي يشتكون من وجود اطفال عادي عندي تعليق لهم تقدرون تسكنون في بر احسن لكم عشان اطفالنا مايزعجونكم والاتعس من جي يجون لكم بكل وقاحة الموظفين يطلبون منكن خذوا اطفالكم للشقة هه امحق

This hotel went above and beyond my expectations. We were very impressed with the view and set up of the hotel. It was exactly what we were looking for. The customer service of Deeksh was very excellent, helpful and supportive all throughout. Will definitely refer this to my friends, colleagues and family.

The view is amazing facing the marina bay, make sure to take as much wonderful photos with it. The only thing that disapoints me and family is that they were not able to resolve the plumbing issue in the kitchen sink, washing and cleaning dishes was a hassle since we had to cook for an occasion. They came to check the problem and told they would come back but they didn't. Two days with clogged drainage isn't very comfortable since we had to wash in the guest toilet sink.

الموقع بعض المناطق حولة ما زالت تحت الانشاء قريب من قناة كارتية حولة المارينا ما لقيت شيء اخر بالفندق او حوله جيد وممتع اقضي وقت فيه رسبشن لا يوجد لوبي كبير السعر كان 885 ر.ق. الليلة الشقة من داخل عادية جدًا فيها بعض الاعطال مثل دش الحمام الغسالة ميزتها واسعه جدًا 1301 ما لقيت مطله على المارينا رغم اني كلمتهم اكثر من مره ولا عطوني

Lindo departamento en una zona exclusiva , la perla . Era muy grande , no tan moderno como otros pero buena ubicación en esa zona. Excelentes vistas. Buen bar para cenar. No volvería ya que queda medio alejado del metro pero es un hotel bueno que le falta modernidad a sus departamentos aunque son muy amplios

They need more experience to understand hotels working

This is our second time here , first one was better actually, the place still good but we didn’t feel welcome honestly they didn’t treat us as a guests specially in the check in , we were treated like Normal people or colleagues Wich I didn’t like , because iam still a guest . The service was slow for us , sometimes they didn’t answer our calls , and they way of answering the phone was weird its like they just wanna make it fast , We asked for some service he literally told us to do it by our selves really ? . In the last day the service was fine I would like to thank vanlal who answered the phone in a friendly manner , and for her smile and her great service . Wanna thank also Chandra for being nice . And of course our super star deeksh , his great service that made me remember him for the 2nd time . Thanks for Ali also he was smiling to us . Keep it up !
