大富豪酒店(Grand Regal Hotel)

Forced stay due to flight cancellation. Used by Qatar airways. The bed was clean which is really the only good thing. Food was very basic and pretty boring. Although the menu in the room was extensive i got offered room service for dinner with 3 choices. Came on a plastic tray very similar to airline style. Spent 24 hrs here..time I will never back back! Not ideal

Ficamos uma noite no hotel. Recepção muito simpática. Boa localização. Quartos com boa limpeza. Não utilizamos o café da manhã. O hotel durante a noite tem uma espécie de boite com abertura para o público geral. Mesmo assim o ambiente é bom.

I liked the hotel in everything. The closed area for Nation Museum, Chronic & Souq to this hotel. The breakfasts are quite good, but it could have been better. Nice rooms and courteous staff, Tiran did a great cleaning and was always attentive to requests, I would recommend this hotel.

The worst stay ever. It's not a 5 star hotel it is a lodge. Just checked out today. The receptionist named Champa made us wait for the Check-in coz she was busy with her own work. She asked us to wait for 30mins and was very rude. We wanted to change our hotel but couldn't do so coz we had already paid for our hotel through discover Qatar. The elevator and the room smells full of cigarettes. The kettle was broken and the worst thing is there were cockroaches in the room. The hotel is not good for a staycation. Will never recommend this hotel. Bad place

They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby

Very nice hotel but the after service needs a lot to be desired. I left my shirt after my stay, sent a message via their inbox and I am still awaiting a reply 3 weeks later. Lovely food at the upstairs pub.

Stayed in Grand Regal Hotel for 4 nights. Services are very slow. During check in, they didnot have my details, which they found out after giving my booking paper. Surprisingly Swimming pool time starts at 10 am. Which tourist will go for swimming at 10 am. Tourist come to roam around in doha in day time. Not for swimming in day time. And it's a very small pool and dirty water. Housekeeping doesn't replenish shoe shiner. Had to request them for shoe shiner. Intercom phone was not working. Torned carpet on the sides. They took around 20-30 minutes for taking luggage and in checkout process. How come Doha Tourism has given 5 star to them? Should not give more than 3 star
