Our house is nestled in the Chinquapin Community which is a peaceful gated community on 95 Acres with a mile of lake frontage. Great place to play in summer and winter with hiking trails and sledding hills.The private Chinquapin community has two piers, two private beaches, a tennis court right on the lake, a beautiful heated pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day), 6 other tennis courts by the pool, pickle ball courts, and miles of private trails. The wonderful private fenced pool area is equipped with a sauna, volleyball, ping-pong and a new playground. Our house has 3 stories with dramatic lake views on every level. We are steps away from the idyllic Chinquapin pier, the lake beach, tennis courts and heated pool. You enter into the top floor with dramatic high ceilings, exposed beams, large windows and immediately are drawn to the lake world and mountains outside. This top floor has the remodeled gourmet cook kitchen, including a Keurig coffee brewer, drip coffee maker, dining area, large living room with stone fireplace, a 65 inch Samsung Flatscreen TV primed for your streaming services and deck with views of the lake, the main pier and lakefront tennis court. Watch the children play on the pier while you sit on your private balcony.
