Nice bedrooms and comfortable beds. Restaurant food ok. Plenty of tea and coffee available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Vending machines in reception useful. Lift available if you have a lot of luggage or use a pram or wheelchair. Massive car park. The hotel is situated on a retail park with restaurants and supermarkets in case you forget anything or decide to dine away from the pub. Also a cinema next to the hotel.

Came as a rugby tour around 100 of us, really comfy rooms, had a good rest after a day if travelling from wirral to Doncaster. Quick pit stop overnight then onto play more rugby in Doncaster. We found the cheek in very quick and easy, eventhough we were part of a group booking, and there was lots of families checking in at once. The room keys were already in envelopes.

Excellent service from Sam from start to finish. We went to Doncaster races for the day and on return Sam had left a bottle of Prosecco and a wedding anniversary card in mine & my sister room. Staff could not do enough for you. Very help and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when in Doncaster. Thank you Sam you were brilliant

Lovely stay at this Premier Inn. The ladies on reception were absolutely fantastic. Even my young children commented on how lovely they were. They spoke to the children as soon as we walked in which was so lovely. Room was spotless and breakfast the next morning was very nice.

Just back from a 1 night stay at this hotel and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful both on reception and in The Brewers fayre. It was a very comfortable stay and a very clean room. I enjoyed my evening meal and also could not fault the breakfast.

It's very rare to find much wrong with a Premier Inn but I won't be staying here again. Quite tired as other reviews have said but a spacious room. The problem was that the room thermostat was set at 27.5 and the electric radiator turned on. We turned everything off and opened the window but still a very unpleasant night. I did mention this in the morning but just got an argumentative response to the effect that the temperature has to be high to stop complaints about the cold. I tried to explain how a thermostat works but just got the same response. Seems like training and management is an issue here.

Stayed at the Inn for two nights and took advantage of the £25 breakfast and 2 course even meal deal at the Cheswold next door. The room was spacious and clean with a bath and shower, free parking is available outside and it is quiet. The WiFi is slow and free but 5G is available. The Cheswold is a typical Brewers Fayre with a good variety of quality food available. I must strong recommend the £25 meal deal, it is excellent value for money and you can pay £2 more for a third course. See the photos to see how good the deal is. It’s very easy to award 5🌟 because all the girls on reception at the hotel and in the Cheswold in both the mornings and evenings were helpful, cheerful and efficient. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come to Doncaster again. Thank you.

Shame the rest of the stay was a disaster, The ultra Wi-Fi is definitely not ultra even though one has to pay extra for it, Breakfast took over 90 mins to be served up, then they closed it so could not have breakfast the next morning, The carpet in my room had blood stains in it, under the bed seemed like the hoover would not get under there or they just couldn't move the bed to hoover under it
