Local to the Warehouse for a good nights rest after the rave! Comfy big bed and quiet rooms, always stay here! Clean and spacious! Car park just outside but had to set my alarm to put ticket on car online on ringo 4256 at 8am saturday morning was only downside

I was rather surprised to find a dollop of faeces on the toilet seat. I scrubbed this off myself and reported the issue via the online feedback form. I even provided photographic evidence. I was refused a refund. Worst hotel experience of my life.

We arrived last minute due to being let down by a city apartment last minute. The lovely ladies on reception could tell we were having a rough time so offered a free complimentary breakfast! There was a knock at the door and they brought a bottle of wine to our room. This experience turned a written off day in to brilliant evening! Thanks

From arriving to leaving this Premier Inn is so friendly and relaxing all the staff including housekeepers are brilliant, Shelley and Cheryl on reception are so warm friendly and helpful with all your needs and newcomer Charlie is just the same, and in the restaurant at breakfast Tiffany and Bernie are so bubbly and lovely making sure you have all your needs with breakfast, this premier Inn is the best in the country and a credit to the Premier Inn chain, you feel totally relaxed throughout your stay,

we came here to celebrate my and my husband 9th wedding anniversary like we do every year in the same hotel brill on price we be comming back again next march to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary we always come to this hotel love comming to it staff room are really good no problem at all

Was very happy felt like home the room was very clean the bed was so comfy I enjoy ny stay here been coming back soon I will be back in a few weeks again the view was ok I will tell all my friends and family to come and stay here

Have stayed at this hotel many times.Great location and value for money. Unfortunately they close the bar at 10pm ! As it’s usually on a Friday when I stay, it is unacceptable to find the bar closed after a long journey and arriving just before 10pm.

The staff could not have been helpful. We travelled as a large group, mainly of school children about to represent Dorset in a national event. On arrival the staff were helpful and made appropriate room movements for those who were above a noisy bar. The food on the Friday evening and breakfast on the Saturday morning were well handled and good value. All the hotel staff were excellent and we were made most welcome.
