奧普里蘭蓋洛德酒店(The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel)

Close to Downtown Nashville yet out of the noise and congestion. The Inn at Opryland is well placed to access anything you could want in the Nashville area particularly the a grand Ol Opry. The on site restaurant was fantastic and plenty of other choices right across the street if it doesn’t take your fancy. We were comfortable and had a great stay.

Great hotel, would stay again. Only downfall was people being loud coming in around 2am.

They could have easily put us in the inside rooms but didn't. When I got to my room, it literally had no power. When I tried to call the front desk, I only got the automated attendant and there was no option for a live operator. The automated attendant never could understand me. I had to walk A LONG way toting all my luggage to go back to the front desk and request a room with electricity. It was also very noisy.

I was on the ground floor outside. Did not like the location. It was noisy. Hotel room was nice & clean

The Interior Remodel was excellent and Exterior surprisingly nice for age of Property...great location...only negative is Bar/Restaurant needs some work.

Bathroom is very small, hard to even shut the door with an average size person in the toilet/shower area. Otherwise everything else was very nice

The first room I got was outdated so I paid to upgrade. The next room I got the air conditioner didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. I talked to the front desk and they fixed the air conditioner but they did not fix the hot water. I went to the desk 4 different times in 3 days to try and get them to fix it but they never did. We took cold showers the whole time we stayed. I do not recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms and nice front staff at desk. Other staff members didn't know english so communication was terrible!

Bathrooms are very small. Daytime front desk staff was helpful and nice. Evening front desk staff and managers unhelpful and rude.
