Employees do not care much about the visitors. The first expression seems ok, but if you pay in advance, they don't really care about you. Expensive drinks and food, according to the quality. For example, tuna salad costs 12 eur, and you will receive tuna from cheap tin. Restoran alla card is same place like swedish table. Waiters are slow. lot of small children, mostly babies in the restoran, so you can not eat without being disturbed with baby cry. Very expensive mini bar. 0.5 litre of natural water costs 3 eur!!! Criminal. Espresso coffie costs 2.2 eur! Ambient in terme is too hot and very strong smell of chloride! Parking is mostly on the grass and not asphalt. I dont recommend it. There are some much better places in the area.

One word would describe this hotel and wellness - POOR. The new owners just raised the prices without any improvement in service. Hygiene is questionable, especially in saunas. The staff is mostly unfriendly and without knowledge of the order and way of working in such facilities (noise, banging, uproar and shouting). The one who manages this deplorable facility should have been on the stock market and engaged in some other business a long time ago. Honest advice to everyone, avoid this place.

We wanted to give Terme Jezercica one more chance after previous (not so good) experiences. Again, they have the same problem - abnoxiously loud staff who are doing everything to disrupt your relaxation by banging while cleaning. The guests are also terrible - coming into saunas in their slippers and bathing suits, talking loudly with no retard to other visitors. Ghastly.

I had the best massage ever, performed by magnificent Ivana. Saunas are a delight, a perfect place to relaxe after a busy week...or just to chill. Rooms are new and very clean. Overall recommending and will visit again with my hubby

Great location and access to water park. Kid had so much fun at the water park which had so many things to do.
