多特蒙德萬豪居家酒店(Residence Inn Dortmund City)

A Home from home room, and the first "hotel" I've stayed in with a dishwasher in the room. Room was clean and well presented. It was a strange mix, of a self catering unit and a conventional hotel room. Decor was modern and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen and as large as the rest of the room. Only downside was the shower drain was partially blocked so excess water built up on the floor and turned the room into a swimming pool. Reported it to reception whom arranged maintenance to attend to it.

War alles sehr gut, Zimmer, Ausstattung und das Frühstück, nur der Herr vom Nachtdienst auf den 14.04. war extrem unfreundlich, das habe ich so noch nie erlebt!

Had a wonderful time at this hotel it was like being at home with all the facilities of home like kitchen with cooker and sink and microwave and lovely large bed and room to relax in if not out on town , breakfast excellent early morning , it was the place I wanted a hotel to be in dortmund , close to airport and not far from the beautiful train station , and town , near a record shop and lots of activities around hotel , excellent hotel but weather was not very good wind and rain , but excellent time in dortmund Germany , magic oh magic , German football history stadium close to train station in dortmund , be great to stay at this hotel again , it was different kind of hotel , a magic place of adventure , relaxing eating and drinking and walking around town visiting a record shop and shopping , add romance prefect place to be in dortmund Germany , hotel clean and made for comfort while on holiday away from home

We needed an overnight stay in Dortmund before heading to Amsterdam. It' not too far from the train station and is close to the U and a subway line. It is also close to s supermarket complex (5 min walk). Room was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. I'd be happy to stay here again. It is just on the outside of the pedestrian area downtown, and about a 10 min walk from the German Football Museum. We had one issue getting in with our car, but they fixed that.

This hotel charged me 600 euro a night. There must have been something on in Dortmund for anyone to pay this as it’s more like a backpackers than a hotel. I arrived at 11pm. My stay was prepaid in full by my corporate travel agent. They said they had no rooms and that I would have to wait and they would take me to another property somewhere in the city. I was very upset and refused to move and finally they “found” a room. At this point it was almost midnight. I asked could I order a beer to take to my room. The answer was no but I could go to another hotel nearby where there was a bar. 600 euros a night. I then got to my room which was fine and clean if basic. There were only European sockets. I have sleep apnea and need a cpap device and an adapter for a Uk plug. Every Marriot I have ever been to has the universal plugs (at least one or two in each room). This place has none. Just basic German sockets. I called down and said do you have an adapter I will even buy one of you sell them. I will even pay for someone to go and get one. I was told, no we don’t and we don’t have a conceirge or anyone like that and we won’t help. Even if it means you die. True Marriot hospitality. So I guess anyone without their own adapter is out of luck at this “hotel”. I then tried the internet. Out of luck there too, internet shows up but doesn’t connect or work. I called the front desk. It just rings out. Over and over. No one answers or bothers. This is the single worst experience I have ever had at a hotel at the price point or at any Marriot worldwide, and I have stayed in many of them over many years. This place should lose its accreditation and the management ought to be replaced. Do not stay here unless you get a room for 50 euro a night, maybe 75, which is all it’s worth it’s basically a nice backpackers just off a freeway. If Marriot sees this can someone please contact me as this hotel caused me health issues and was a disgrace to your brand.

新而乾淨的酒店靠近市中心。步行 10 分鐘即可抵達火車總站，步行 15 分鐘即可抵達市中心。房間很大，有浴室和廚房。不錯，但每天的早餐都一樣。服務有限。推薦，因為價格還不錯。

我們對參觀這家酒店感到非常興奮，但並沒有受到真正的熱烈歡迎。前台人員非常直接，沒有“您的旅程怎麼樣”或“您好嗎”，無論如何都不以服務為導向。我們沒有得到升級為金卡會員的機會，而是被安排在高層（根據要求），可以看到高層建築。這顯然是一家夜總會，週五晚上 11 點左右開始營業，直到凌晨 5:30 才結束。房間隔音效果還不錯，但我們整晚都能聽到跳動的聲音，所以我們晚上沒有好好休息！第二天早上有一個非常友好的前台人員（Wesley），他非常友善，聽到了我們的擔憂，之後他為我們換了房間。第二天晚上，我們沒有被夜總會的聲音打擾。我們很高興能搬家，但也許最好在給客人分配這樣的房間之前告知客人夜總會的噪音，直到凌晨！我們很享受早餐，有很多選擇。飯店的停車場很小，而且沒有電動車充電站。位置非常好，步行即可到達市中心。由於噪音幹擾和缺乏電動車充電站，我們不會回到這家飯店。
