多森伊克諾旅館(Econo Lodge)

Stained bedspreads, torn sheets, very old towels, filthy air conditioner. We are not ones to complain but at $75 plus tax this was certainly not a bargain.

This hotel advertised business services which included a computer and printer. The computer was missing and no one knew what happened. I was in room 122, and There was domestic violence coming from my neighbor on the left. Screaming, yelling, door slamming. I called the police, and they came to investigate. (The next door guests were a hot mess (drinking/*****) this was 3 days ago. The last 2 days, the hotel was having serious plumbing problems. In my bathroom, I could hear a loud machine pounding away. In the beginning, i thought it was the washer and dryer. I went to the office and was told they are having maintenance problems but when i asked when it would be fixed, they said the manager was out of town and they have no idea. I wore ear plugs the last 2 days. This was not a good experience at the hotel and wish to get a refund for the last 2 days.

The level of hospitality here is superb for any hotel much less one of an economy brand . The property was clean and well lit and as a female traveling alone security is very important ....I felt SAFE . I was greeted kindly ..the room was the one I had reserved and was clean and well stocked with convenient parking just outside . The location is perfect since most of Dothan is under road construction everything you need is right there so as to avoid the traffic. Linens were clean ...I showed up not with high expectations but had I had high expectations they would have exceeded those as well. I HAVE stayed at other hotels while traveling through Dothan and have been very disappointed in most of them thus far no matter the price...usually because the hospitality was terrible . I would stay here again and feel as if they would appreciate me doing so ....and THAT means everything ! Thanks you guys for a job well done !

The check in went smoothly, and the bed was comfortable. Firmer pillows would be the icing on the cake.

This hotel was terrible i refused to stay in this nasty drug hotel. The hotel was dirty and had people outside doing ***** not a safe place for a mother and child to stay at...

The overall cleanness of the room was fair. The shower had a smoked cigarette and a razor top in the top corners. bathroom floors were dirty around the walls. The people next door were loud and sounded like they were chopping something loud next to the wall

The desk woman was very helpful. Room was clean and warm.

Overwhelming smell of Lysol. Poor HVAC. Broken hair dryer. Loud neighbors Thin walls. Good tv and shower.

When we arrived all the housekeepers had quit so our room wasn’t clean and ready as I talked to front desk about just getting off the road not having anywhere to go until it was only to find out it was clean. Went to the room and there was a dirty rag still hanging in the shower and the pillowcases where still dirty.
