The fit and fiish in the bathroom was bad. Missing caulk , mold, sloppy paint...third world $60 a night kind of facility. On the other, the main room was nice and clean.

We reserved a King room a month ahead of time. Upon arrival we were told there were no Kings and would have to take 2 Queens. What’s the point of reserving then? And we had no heat. No matter how high we set the temp it only blew cool air. And the Clerk’s accent was so thick you could only guess at what he was saying. Internet was very spotadic

Cockroches in bathroom.
Bed horrible like foot high. Mattress too soft.
No counter space in bathroom.
No table space to set suitcase.
Extra small tub and shower
Curtains dont cover windows light in room all night. No water pressure in bathroom sink.
Door jam on entrance to room busting out.
Nothing good
Properly was highly rated. Worst i have ever stayed.

This particular property used excessive amounts of cleaning fluid that left a strong toxic and unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. We also believe the hotel is used as shelter, which is fine, but this information should be available upon booking.
