南方棕櫚海灘俱樂部酒店

我們在南棕櫚海灘俱樂部（海灘景觀套房）度過了一段美好的時光。套房寬敞舒適，設施齊全，配備齊全的廚房和兩間浴室，生活便利。雖然室內裝潢風格較為傳統復古，但一切都乾淨整潔。真正讓我們的入住體驗與眾不同的是工作人員。他們周到的服務以及始終如一的積極態度，為我們營造了溫馨友好的氛圍。整個度假村的氛圍輕鬆友好，非常適合享受輕鬆的海灘假期。特別值得一提的是，部分夜晚還會有現場音樂表演，為我們的入住增添了節日的氣氛和難忘的回憶。在海風的吹拂下，聆聽美妙的音樂，讓那些夜晚變得如此美妙。

優點：地理位置優越，位於美麗的海灘上。景色優美。房間寬敞乾淨。晚上有現場音樂，雖然有點俗氣，但人們還是會跟著跳舞。 步行可以到一些不錯的餐廳。缺點：對於一家四星級且昂貴的飯店來說，設施很差。房間裡沒有吹風機。有趣的是，房間裡有水壺和杯子，但沒有咖啡包，甚至沒有任何沖泡飲料的器皿。有客房服務菜單，但沒有可用的電話訂餐。

Disappointing This property needs some attention. It is quite run down, and was probably very nice when first built, but not much attention to maintenance recently. Lots of evidence of repairs in the walls and ceiling, worn out furniture and linens. Plumbing caused a great deal of stress ( toilet flushing was unreliable, water pressure limited, pipes making lots of noises). Bed was comfortable, staff pleasant and the restaurant was pretty good. Nice beach but due to winds and wave conditions we could not venture into the water even knee deep due to undertow. For the price expected better quality overall.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. The facilities and service were excellent and the Hotel was conveniently situated between the beach and St.Lawrence Gap. We could have happily spent longer here.

Perfect location. Right on the beach. Welcoming staff could have been more informative but otherwise everything perfect! Would stay there again!

The people who work at Southern Palms are amazing! They take good care of you at the restaurant and the front desk staff and bellmen were excellent. The view is wonderful and it's so convenient to be right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. However, the NOISE from across the street!! We booked through ******* and were given a horrible little room at the back of the property that was a stone's throw from a little square across the street with a couple of restaurants, one of which had live music until almost midnight. It was deafening in our room. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear the guests in neighboring rooms. Perhaps the other side of the property is quieter...?? There were also little ants around our bathroom sink. I guess the key is to book directly with the hotel; they seem to reserve the not-so-nice rooms for those who book through a 3rd party.

Fantastic location with a large, beautiful beach and great access to St Lawrence Gap. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated and basic.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Because I booked my flight from St. Vincent to Barbados through ******* and it was canceled. ******* did a horrible job getting me rebooked on the next flight. In fact, there was space available but ******* systems and staff could not/ would not get me rebooked on the same day. I prepaid for accommodations at Southern Palms and am now requesting a refund for 2 nights that I was unable to stay there because my Inter Caribbean flight was canceled and ******* was unable to confirm in a timely manner the next flight. I was forced to find a hotel on St. Vincent and could not rebook (myself) until Momday. What a ruin of a vacation. :(
