Very friendly staff. So wonderful to have a hotel that will welcome my puppy. Next time we will request a lower level room. She wanted to go out every hour :)

The closet area was a bit strange. I thought it was part of the window.??

Our stay at Hampton was very pleasant. Ms. Kaneise and Mr. Henry are Simply the Best!! They made our stay comfortable and very relaxing. In doing so, they demonstrated excellence, compassion, kindness and friendliness. Kudos to your Front Desk, Breakfast staff and both of them.

Surprised that there any hot egg dishes at breakfast. And felt like the hotel was showing its age.

Everything was great except i went to the front desk to ask if we could get fresh towels because we were there for 4 nights. The gentleman said ok and it was never done..

Great location. Clean, safe and staff were super helpfull.

Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Stains on seat. Shelves in bathroom falling off the wall, bathroom door does not close right. Like hardly any towels.

Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay, This is not my first time staying here. Every time I come to Dover, Delaware this is where I stay.

Hotel lobby nice. Spacious room, but amenities a little lacking. Had hard time sliding big bathroom door all time to use with family. Carpet needs to be upgraded. Otherwise, pleasant/okay stay

Fire alarm went off at four am, I thought I was dreaming. Had to stay outside with a seven month old holding her for an hour no knowing what was going on.

Staff were pleasant and polite; common areas were clean and tidy as was our room. No complaints-would stay again.

The facilities were clean and accommodating, and the receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The best Hotels in Dover, Delaware. Hands down.

I was never informed that you have to request housekeeping. No one cleaned the room. No new towels. No toilet paper refill. Even when I went down to the lobby to complain, no on explained the system until I spoke to a maid on my floor.
