This is regarding our stay (Aug 5 - Aug 11, 2025). We paid US$805.62 for 6 nights and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing: No air conditioning in the first room, making it extremely uncomfortable. We requested a refund but were moved to another room, which was worse due to bugs all night from having to keep windows open. After asking again to leave and be refunded, we were offered an A/C unit, but when installed it did not work. We also planned a spa day, but were told services were only in-room and had to be prearranged, which was not communicated in advance. Instead of a refund, it was suggested that our rooms would be saved for a future stay. It has now been nearly a month and we have not received anything in writing confirming this. At this point, we are requesting a full refund of US$805.62, as the stay did not meet reasonable expectations for the price paid. Please confirm when this refund will be processed. Thank you,

The property has so many safety issues and when I spoke to one of the owners Raul he was very dismissive and unprofessional. No working lights or plugs on the wall also no AC
