Room smelled of stale smoke. Keurig coffee machine didn’t work. Things seem to have been done poorly and not maintained- e.g. tap and toilet bowl crooked, the power outlet cover under table coming off the wall, lamps using different bulb shades of brightness. Hotel is tired and old looking. Breakfast - very poor- all processed junk food. No fresh pastries, eggs, fruits or real cheese. Worked and stayed in variety of hotels before this one was one of the worst experiences.. Also , when tried calling hotel directly yo book- it was going to voicemail stating that no one is available.

The Inn was convenient and within walking distance of restaurants and within easy driving distance of attractions. It room was clean, the price was good, the staff were pleasant. The first night was quiet and peaceful. However, and unfortunately, the second night ended up with us packing up and leaving at 10:00 p.m. and moving to another hotel because of our next door neighbour. I believe, at the point where we were leaving, police were involved. The Inn's owner was disinclined to honour my request to refund Friday night's stay saying this was Expedia's responsibility, so I am out the cost of two hotel rooms.

Room was very nice, clean and I’m guessing renovated within the last few years. Beds comfy. Breakfast was adequate , coffee was excellent both at breakfast and in the room. Air conditioning unit was pretty quiet and cooled down the room pretty quickly . All and all a good stay , above average for an Econo Lodge , price was to be expected for this time of year. Parking lot a bit of a zoo.

un accueil chaleureux, les chambres sont propres, les lits sont confortables ...le dejeuner est inclus mais tres de base ...bagel,toast et cereale... lhotel est tres bien situé a distance de marche de presque tout et a 10 min du musee royal Tyrrell...lorsque vous prenez une marche au alentour il y a plein de dinosaures partout dans la ville

Room cold, thermostat not apparently working, bugs(don’t know what kind) on bed and in bathroom, coffee machine not working and noisy microwave oven even when not heating.

I can’t really say anything good about this property. :( Alarms were going off at 7am. Plug ins for vehicles didn’t work, battery died. Staff was yelling at each other and screaming. Other guests were yelling at the staff because of no heat in rooms. When booking, it said that the property would be open until 10pm.. arrived at 9pm and it was locked, had to call the manager who was very rude and yelling at me, as if it was my fault. Breakfast is just bagels and cereal. No cream cheese. One carton of juice and one of milk. Room is fine, for a $100 motel. Clean-ish.

This hotel is okay to stay at if you’re on a budget. The hotel would benefit if it could be updated and cleaned. My room had stains on the walls and the outer blanket cover on my bed. The bed sheets and pillows were clean. The continental breakfast is served only from 0800 - 0900 which really doesn’t benefit the early/late risers and consisted only of dry cereal and toast. No hot breakfast here!

Everything we needed for the weekend was there, it was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing.

Have stayed here a few times over the years and every year it gets more run down without any maintenance. The tiles were broken and some were missing on the floor. Bottom of toilet hadnt been cleaned and there were still run marks on the walls from previous people having showers. We like the location and convenience but sadly we probably wont be staying here ever again. The price was almost the same as a brand new hotel with pool so we sadly will probably go that route from now on.

The property itself was ok, bed was comfy, room clean, & ok breakfast. I just questioned my surroundings at night, might be ok, but not an excellent area in the evening. There is a shoppers in walking distance and a coffeeshop across the street which is nice!

Over all, a good place for the $, until we wanted to shower in the morning and there was no hot water! We asked, there was no explanation or apology offered! Beautiful town though!!

Not super friendly and breakfast only available for one hour. Not very helpful if you need to go to work, etc in the morning.

Not at all a bad property, just has a few hitches which prevent it from being above par. First and foremost, staff was great. No problem there whatsoever. Room smelled of stale smoke upon first entering. Stains on the mattress cover were an immediate concern: it was tossed in the corner and disregarded entirely throughout the stay. The actual blanket (not a comforter?) was clean and so were the inner linens. Shower and bathroom were good. Clean, good water pressure, quick to get hot water. Heat didn't work for the most part. It worked for one night and nearly cooked us out of the room, and then didn't at all. All in all, this is the cheapest option in Drumheller for a reason. I don't necessarily regret staying here, but my expectations were a bit higher.

This place was overall fine for the price we paid. Quiet room. Very dated, and needed a good cleaning. It was super dusty, as pictured in my photo.
