One of the best hotels because of the manger Mr peter and all the team staring from Mrs Jihen till all sttaf I believe all successful organizations is about the management then we see the whole picture from outside Thank you Mr peter and thank you all the team work

Todo muy bien, el hotel bien, el desayuno un poco escaso para mi gusto, falta un poco mas de variedad. Lo demas todo bien. ………………. La xiudad muy grande, el hotel esta bien localizado, se puede ir andando hasta la estacion de meteo, asi que nos ayuda bastante

Hotel lindo e confortável , quartos maravilhosos , serviço de limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã farto, localização boa, estacionamento grátis, serviço de transporte grátis para pontos turísticos,tem piscina, academia.

Not good service

One of the quickest services we have ever experienced, the staff was very cooperative and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious and spectacular, the food was fresh and kept on being renewed the moment it would run out. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

Perfect place to stay. Neven and Jihen were amazing and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and cozy. Very good breakfast. The service was very good and timely. Taxis are available outside the hotel so very easy to move around

Nothing much to complain about, nor to praise. It's ok for a couple of nights, it's clean, it has a small pool that will entertain your child once in a while, a small gym and a steam room, a metro station is 10 minutes away, wi-fi is decent and they offer free transfers to JBR beach and some malls. We never used it. On the minus side, the rooms are dated. Breakfast is the same every day. No slippers in the room. We asked for and never received them. We were 3 guests and only got 2 bath towels and one hand towel. We asked for more they provided but the next day we only got 2 clean ones. We tried the buffet dinner once and weren't impressed by the taste. There's nothing you can do in the proximity, so you'll always have to grab a taxi or use the crowded metro to get somewhere.

The hotel is amazing, and the people are incredibly nice. I felt familiar from the first moment, everyone was smiling and seemed very friendly and welcoming. The hotel also takes into account all the details of the guest, and works to satisfy you in various ways. I liked the communication between the hotel management and the guests. After my arrival, I received a message to communicate via the WhatsApp application as an additional means of communication from inside or outside the hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ♥️

I really enjoyed the hotel, everything was perfect. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything that you might need. The staff were very friendly, hard working, polite. Food was great, no complaints at all. I would like to visit the hotel again. ❤️

Mi sono trovato molto bene, staff super gentile e disponibile veramente, addirittura mi hanno permesso di entrare in stanza 3 ore prima delle 14, top. il team mi ha inoltre aiutato tanto nella prenotazione di una auto quando non riuscivo per un problema con la mia carta di credito, poi anche il manager della struttura che era presente si era reso molto disponibile. Unico dettaglio al check-out si erano accorti che mia moglie aveva preso un barattolo di noccioline (che abbiamo pagato giustamente) ma non di un pupazzo enorme dei Pokemon che avevamo lasciato li di proposito perché non avremo potuto portare in aereo (magari a qualcuno era piaciuto il Pokemon) Comunque mi sento di consigliare alla grande l'hotel

فندق ممتاز وموقع حلو والموظفين ودودين خصوصا الموظفة نيفين والمديرة المتألقة نوال شكرا لهم جميعا والفندق نظيف جدا واقامة ممتعة للجميع منطقة البرشا جميله وهادئة وقريبة من جميع المناطق المكان آمان وهادي مواقف السيارات مضلله يوجد حلاق وماركت وكافتيريا والاسعار جميله وتعامل الجميع اكثر من ممتاز

We had a good time at Golden Tulupi.the customer service was something else .The staff are hard working.Best services were from Tirtha and Porja I like a very much hotel and hotel staf do definitely I well be come back thanks Mr Tirtha for ur help
