夢想旅館杜拜公寓-布爾吉2卧室公寓(Dream Inn Apartments - Burj Residences Burj Khalifa View)

Nothing is good that I can think of !! except for a partial view of the dancing fountain that I had from my balcony. Dubai mall is 10 - 15 mins walk which you might feel it is too much if the weather is humid or hot. I have been several times to Dubai to many different places, so when I say this place is terrible, most likely it is. First of all, all the shown pictures of apartments were deceiving. The apartment I took didn't look like any of photos they showed in the site. The sofa was broken and when you sit on it you sink in the sofa !! There was only one small toilet which didn't suit even small families. The toilet was too basic and doesn't look like fancy nice looking toilets in other Dubai hotels and apartments. Secondly, the living room and bed room were hot. The air conditioning was too loud and noisy. Electricity of living room went off for no reason. Maintenance guy came three times to fix the electricity and air conditioning cause I couldn't sleep from the heat. Still he couldn't make it cool. He said the whole building was set to 22 degree C and it can't be lowered which it doesn't make sense especially in summer heat and humidity. I asked for an alternative place or for my money back but my request was ignored. The check out time was at 12 pm and I had to go to airport but they were 30 mins late !! After all this mess and horrible experience, Zeeshan the guy, who was in charge of handling apartments issues, didn't bother to apologize or to say sorry. This is the minimum he should have done in my last day before leaving that terrible place!
