It is one of the best and finest hotels i have ever stayed in bur dubai. The amenities provided by the hotels are far beyond the excellence, the services of housekeeping incahrge Mr.Kulvinder singh are appreciated he is quiet active incharge. Hats off to the service of the hotel and special appreciation to the our host Mr. Kulvinder Singh

I stayed in 2BR. I was offered the room I requested by Aswathi. The front desk is really helpful. Thanks to Aswathi for sorting out the issues which I had during our stay. She is incredibly good and spot on with managing issues. The room need refurbishment. Especially the bath tub. One room had water leakage from the cracks in the tub. The furnishing is old and need a change. The cushions were dusty, not ideal for some one who has dust allergy. Excellent location and aminities. I used the washing mashing 4 times . Such a big saver during this hot weather. Used talabat for takeaways. Used induction to cook breakfast. The fridge and microwave is added amenities. There is a kettle for tea and coffee. Supermarket is close by and will home deliver everything the front desk will connect us to them. Used Careem app for cabs and is easy available . Uber is also available. I even had many guests over for lunch and dinner. There was plenty of parking inside the property. The guests are not allowed to stay after 11.00 pm as per their rules and policy. Cleaners come everyday. Washes the dishes, cleans the room and toilet and changes the bed sheets.

Very clean, in a nice area, quite close to Dubai airport. Good housekeeping, well equipped kitchen and pleasant and helpful staff. The mattresses in the studio apartment we occupied, needed to be replaced. Mattresses were perfect in the one BR apartment, which was very spacious. Overall, we were truly satisfied.

One of the satisfying Club Mahindra stay we had after a long time. Rooms were very spacious. Kitchenette, washing mc etc are there and working. Neat and clean rooms. Very prompt house keeping. Daily cleaning they do as per our requested time with a smile always. Daily complimentary 1.5 lit drinking water bottle is provided. Coffee and tea bags unlimited. Food very good restaurants on the opposite building front. Tasty food veg and non veg. Economical. Breakfast veg hotel opens at 6.30 am. Security at the hotel Vishal from Nepal was very helpful. Always service with smile. Every time we go out he gets us a taxi even if he is busy in other works. Location very good to visit all attractions. Dubai frame is nearby. Karama where all Indian restaurants are located is about 2 kms. On week days traffic is more on roads so start early for site seeing etc. We travelled on taxi on all days as metro and bus stations are bit far from hotel. Not very costly. There is travel counter in the hotel Mr. Sagar manages it and all site seeings were arranged well by him for us. Rates were good even better than online bookings. House keeping incharge Mr. Kulvinder called 3 days before and enquired us about our arrival and guided us based on our requirements. Reception desk was managed well, quick check in and check out with smiling face. All in all a very good experience for a weeks stay.

Firstly, would like to thank Mr Dipankar, the Manager for his amazing hospitality and making sure about everything we needed. He helped us in all aspects and also guided us about the places we visited. Sagar Thakkar at the travel desk is someone you should always approach for the tickets and travel part. The prices and packages he offers is the least I have come across when compared to other tours and travels company. Aswathy, Chiara and Rahul at the reception desk always responded us on time whenever we called at the desk and made sure that whatever we needed was there at our room. Very helpful and humble. Kulvinder, Tham Prakash and Waleed from the Housekeeping team are amazing people. They made sure that our room was kept neat and tidy daily and also kept fresh new water bottles daily. Bishal and Ethisham from the Security Team were always there at the resort to welcome people.
