此次預訂為連續13晚，總金額超過12000元人民幣。對於商務旅客而言，項目計劃可能因車輛故障、客户安排等不可控因素髮生變化，希望酒店在特殊情況下能夠提供更加人性化、更具靈活性的協調方案。
此次經歷讓我對酒店的服務政策感到失望。對於商務出行、行程可能發生變化的旅客，我建議謹慎選擇這家酒店，並在預訂前充分了解不可退款政策可能帶來的風險。
My experience with this hotel was disappointing, mainly because of the lack of flexibility in handling unexpected changes.
Due to a delay in my business project, my travel schedule had to be changed. I contacted the hotel before my planned arrival and sincerely requested to postpone my stay or change the check-in dates, rather than asking for a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel strictly enforced the non-refundable policy and did not offer any alternative solution.
The reservation was for 13 consecutive nights, with a total cost exceeding RMB 12,000. For business travelers, project schedules can change due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle issues or client arrangements. I hope the hotel will consider providing more flexible and customer-oriented solutions in such situations.
