烏得梅塔沙丘公寓酒店(Dunes Hotel Apartment Oud Metha)

Dunes hotel apartments are situated in oud metha close to emirates speciality hospital and is perfect for ppl on budget or for short duration. Its location has all amenities, transport qnd close to upmarket hotels like Movenpick & Rove. The one bedroom apartments are spacious, well maintained and very clean. Decor and furnitures are old but in good condition. Front desk staffs are courteous. Breakfast is available from 7.30 am- 10.30 am with pay at the property facility. There is no room service.

Ho pernottato per 8 notti in questo hotel a Dubai, in occasione del viaggio negli Emirati Arabi Uniti con mia moglie. L'hotel è ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla, nel quartiere Bur Dubai, in prossimità delle stazioni della metropolitana di Oud Metha (800 metri circa dall'hotel) e Dubai Healtcare city (600 metri circa). Non fatevi ingannare dalla distanza dalla metropolitana (distanza manco eccessiva peraltro), anche perché la metro non è capillare come nelle città europee ed americane, quindi avere una stazione a ridosso dell'hotel è davvero fondamentale (molto spesso a Dubai la stazione della metro può essere anche a svariati km). L'hotel è davvero eccezionale! Ci è stata assegnata una camera matrimoniale che definirla tale è riduttivo, era una vera e propria suite da circa 70 mq in cui era presente una mega cucina-salotto con un divano, due poltrone ed un tavolo, tv con impianto home theatre e telefono. La parte adibita a cucina non era carente di nulla, c'erano infatti: frigo con congelatore, lavatrice, piano cottura, forno a microonde,bollitore, tostapane, stoviglie e pentole, cappa e tavolone enorme con 4 sedie. Ma non è tutto! Nella camera da letto (enorme anch'essa) avevamo un lettone matrimoniale comodissimo, altra tv, armadio a muro enorme, comò con specchio e lampada ed addirittura un tasto touch con cui segnalare all'esterno la volontà di non essere disturbati oppure di richiedere la pulizia giornaliera della camera. Il bagno non era da meno, era presente addirittura il bidet (avete letto bene), oltre al lavandino, al vaso e alla vasca da bagno con doccia. Era presente, infine, anche un phon, mentre in camera da letto c'erano anche una cassaforte, un ferro ed un asse da stiro in un apposito scompartimento dell'armadio. Altra nota lieta è il prezzo, per 8 notti in matrimoniale abbiamo pagato l'equivalente di 520 euro circa (2027 AED). Se pensate che sia tutto, vi sbagliate! Vi verrà fornito ogni giorno gratuitamente un set per la colazione fai da te (caffé solubile e tisane), due bottigliette d'acqua e tutti i prodotti da bagno (saponi, crema corpo, asciugamani). La ciliegina sulla torta finale è rappresentata dalla piscina con getti idromassaggio presente al primo piano dell'hotel. L'acqua era caldissima ed essendo poco frequentata dagli ospiti dell'albergo era davvero il posto ideale in cui rilassarsi. Anche qui vengono forniti dei teli per le sdraio e c'è sempre un bagnino presente nonostante la profondità massima sia inferiore ai 2 metri, mentre nella vasca piccola (la mia preferita) la profondità era un metro, quindi sembrava di stare in una vasca di un centro benessere piuttosto che in una piscina. L'hotel offre anche un servizio colazione a pagamento e nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato "Grandiose" dove poter comprare di tutto a prezzi bassi, finanche piatti caldi preparati ogni giorno nell'area food (che noi acquistavamo e riscaldavamo nel forno a microonde in camera). I had the opportunity to stay over in Dubai. I selected this hotel based on convenience to be close to the people that I visited but it was a comfortable stay and value for money. This should generally not be a first-choice location but it served the purpose I needed and the hotel is need, well maintained and much better than a small hotel room.

Hôtel appartement assez bien placé entre deux stations de métro si on choisit de se déplacer ainsi. Chambre spacieuse, cuisine assez bien mais avec très très peu de vaisselle ou batterie. Accueil très cordial et sympathique. La piscine n’est que très rarement au soleil. La salle de sport (élément décisif de la réservation car nous sommes un couple de sportifs) était en travaux et c’est travaux n’avaient pas été annoncés sur le site, ni même sur place lors du checking : plutôt décevant… il a fallu faire du sport ailleurs !

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet hôtel du 20/12 au 29/12 et le recommandons vivement. Les chambres familiales sont très spacieuses: 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un grand salon, une cuisine toute équipée avec lave linge, four, micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur. De nombreux grands placards dans les chambres. Le ménage est quotidien et les serviettes changées tous les jours. L'hôtel est très propre. Les mesures sanitaires sont respectées. La piscine est sympa , l 'eau est chaude , très propre et il y a un jacuzzi. Nombreux supermarchés autour de l'hôtel. Le bus et le métro ne sont pas loin. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Ils se sont occupés de nos tests retour et on fait venir du personnel médical directement dans nos chambres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous étions un groupe de 10 sur 3 chambres. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec des spécialités locales et internationales variées. Seul petit bémol, l'hôtel se trouve au nord de Dubai vers Deira et les distances sont un peu longues pour se rendre aux principaux lieux touristiques (1h à 1h30 en bus et metro) mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que cela. Nous remercions le personnel de l'hôtel pour cet agréable séjour.

It was ok but not convenient in terms of the how the room it is designed for example. I had to move the furniture to get the table close to the only electric socket in the room for my computer!

I stayed here for one month while I was new to Dubai and looking for a rental house. Sales person handling the request was professional and helpful. Bellboys and security are beyond amazing!! They were the most helpful I have ever seen and the highlight of my stay! Location of the hotel is very good in terms of quietness and traffic. Also parking is good and in the morning no traffic going out and in the area. Housekeeping are also doing their best in terms of cleaning. (HK team members cleaning my studio on Tuesdays were the best :) )
