哥倫布都柏林AC酒店(AC Hotel Columbus Dublin)

The hotel was wonderful but I thought I was getting an ******* deal but I did not. I was very unhappy about that and still don’t understand what happened to the price that I thought that I was getting the room for.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel. However, it's not exactly warm and friendly. Everything inside the room is metal or laminate including the floor. As a result, neighbors beside or below in high or hard heels can be easily heard, sometimes into the night. The pleather sofa was hard as a rock and there is no comfortable seating. It's a nice hotel, but there are others that are more comfortable in the area for less money.

Convenient to many food options. Close to the Columbus zoo and even IKEA . Having the white noise machine already set up was a bonus for tired kids after a 5 hour drive from Michigan.

Beautiful property and located in a great area to walk and explore. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Very nice clean hotel! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel. The ONLY downside, was notified a few days prior to our stay, the rooftop restaurant was closed due to a private party. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel was to experience the rooftop restaurant.

The room was amazing. The rooftop restaurant had awesome food. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!!

I found it to be a huge inconvenience not having a microwave in the room, outside of that the staff was amazing honorable mention goes to Edelyn and Hazan!

We love the location of the hotel and it is very clean. This was our 3rd time staying there.

The hotel was very nice, we were supposed to have daily maid service not that xovid is over. They never xane and when we back to thebroom around 9pm we had to call for towels for the next day. They assuredbus the following day we would have cleaning, they brought towels but never cleaned the toilet. Super disappointed, we were told we would receive extra points in our member account but never did. I stopped at front desk and talked to manager about it. He said he would look into it. Not a great answer. Supposed to bebrhe nicest hotel in columbus OH. Very disappointing for the expense!
