Have stayed here before and will again. Location is perfect! Rooms are small but perfect if you plan to be out and about for the day. Beds are super comfortable and the room is clean.

The fire alarm went off 2 of my 4 nights there for about 3 minutes each time which was a little annoying, my bathroom had a bad smell but it wasn’t bad as long as you left the fan on and the door closed. The location was amazing the longest I had to walk to an attraction was 26 minutes which wasn’t bad and the staff were super nice

Great property right in the heart of everything. The room and shower are quite small but as a solo traveler, if was just fine for me. Bed and pillows are very comfortable for a cheaper hotel and the room was nice and warm. No elevator but shower pressure is great too!

I have never been charged to much for so little! We could barely move in the room and had to schlep all of our luggage up to the 3rd floor because there is no lift! The bathroom smelled AWFUL and even though they came an bleached it, it smelled just as bad by the end of the night! Would NOT recommend for ANYONE to stay there!

The staff was friendly and kind! The room was pretty small, but we knew that going in and wasn’t surprised. However, because the building is old, there is no central air, so on days when it was very stuffy in the room, it made relaxing hard. There was a small window we could prop open, but it was rainy, so we were worried about things getting wet. Also, the seagulls are freakishly loud. Louder than the pubs late at night. But that’s not the staff’s or hotels fault! Overall, we had a good time and would still recommend this place. But not to anyone who is a very light sleeper, such as myself.

This is the absolutely best location for a hotel in Dublin. Nothing can beat sleeping above the Temple Bar. Everything is a close walking distance. Rooms may be small, but they have the most comfortable beds. Quite perfect.

The room was so small we couldn’t open two suitcases at once, but it was very clean. Wish I knew there was no elevator, I would have asked for a room on the lower floor. I’m 63 and had a hard time getting my luggage up three flights. No one offered to help. Other than that, the staff was lovely.

The perfect stay in the centre of it all. Had an awesome time. Enjoyed the nightlife and the bustle of the street below. The only caution is that it is noisy and busy (which is exactly what we were looking for) but if that’s not your thing then this hotel may not be for you
