莫洛伊公寓酒店(Molloys Apartments)

この宿の名前と写真では、アパートメントホテルと思われるが、私が宿泊した部屋は最小の部屋で単に電気ポットがあるのみでした。ダブリンの現在の宿の価格からすると、設備や快適さは価格に見合いません。コノリー駅やバスセンターに近いという利便はありますが、快適さを求めるかたには、他の宿を探した方が良いと思います。

Absolutely diabolical... OK if if you enjoy removing silver fish every morning from the shower and not afraid to open wardrobe incase one if the mouse traps have caught a mouse. Staff in bar are fabulous using the one fingered f off sign and calling all the regulars C***s. Hated it from the minute I stepped in the place. And remember do not go on talbot street on a night, even the locals won't and they advised me to never have mobile phone in hand... it is situated in the worst part of Dublin city

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. However, I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers as there was a lot of noise from both the trains passing by and the nearby pubs. The trains would occasionally rattle the whole apartment!

Not like the photo in the single room, up 2 flights of stairs above a pub but quiet. Basic bed with kettle. Could do with painting replaced as very old. Ok for one night after a concert as beside connelly station if needing train and central to city centre.

My room (#4) was small, but large enough for 1 person (just me). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure, room and bathroom was clean (thank you!). A couple of concerns: I received only 1 small shampoo bottle for my 7-day stay. I appreciated that no one came in the room to clean, empty trash, make the bed - I like that strangers do not enter my room....but you delivered towels and TP to the room, but never shampoo! I bought some. I was also told by several people (taxi drivers and tour leaders) that this area is unsafe in the evenings. Please beware of this area.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and for the most part we enjoyed the stay. The location was convenient with the center about 15 minutes away and the airport bus stopping near the Customs House not too far away. The apartment was located on the third floor, and carrying the bags was quite a workout. We loved the room - although it has some kitchen utensils, we had our breakfast outside. The owner was polite but a bit aloof which was fine with us. The only negative is the bed - way too soft, and the couch headboard is quite outdated. Also, since the bar is downstairs and the apartment has no air conditioner, when it was a bit hot during our stay, we had to open up the windows, and it gets quite boisterous. Again, the main downside was the bed - we didn't find it very comfortable.

Molloy's Apartment is very close to Connolly train station and numerous bus stops which makes getting around Dublin very convenient. Stayed one night and it was great.

Good location for our overnight stay between completing our rail tour and getting the ferry next day.stairs not good.

Stayed here recently with a group of girls, for weekend. The apartment was great (3 bed apartment) spacious and modern. The staff were also lovely too and very friendly. Special mention to Garret. The only thing that we could criticise was that there is no lift, so we had to haul 80kg of luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs ourselves and the lads said that they weren’t allowed to help. Come on lads, you should be helping the ladies out. Other than that, a fantastic stay and would recommend.
