哈維斯酒店(Harveys Guest House)

It's an excellent guest house that doesn't break your pocket with us travelling with our son. We booked a triple room and we have a car so the place is perfect. Staff (family owned) are really friendly and helpful, location is close to many things including buses. Our heater wasn't working overnight so it was a bit cold for us. It doesn't take away how nice the place is though. Will stay again.

What an amazing find and host! Couldn’t have helped any more if they tried! All so polite, helpful and accommodating! My first time travelling alone and so glad I made the decision to pick this guesthouse - easy access to everywhere you need to go, close to buses, trams and an easy walk into temple bar and surrounding areas! Any help you need, don’t be afraid to ask - recommended some great places to visit and see. Will definitely be coming back for another visit and I really can’t recommend highly enough this gem of a guesthouse.

What an experience at Harvey's Guest House. From start to finish it was absolutely amazing. Being greeted at the front door by Nick was so lovely. He was so friendly and answered all of our questions without any hesitation! Our room was exactly what we wanted. Dublin on a budget. Clean and every amenity needed to make our two night stay very pleasurable. Breakfast was fantastic. Nick's niece was lovely. The food very good and plenty of it. Loved sitting in the parlor after a long day exploring Dublin! Overall would highly recommend this Guesthouse while in Dublin. Location was perfect. Thank you and we will be back if ever in Dublin again. Kudos to all the wonderful staff. Truly appreciated by my husband and myself. Karen Hamilton

An absolute pleasure to deal with, I emailed Nicholas at the start of April to see if there was availability for June of this year, I couldn't give him a exact date as we were waiting for a date for my sons operation in Temple Street, as I didn't know how long he'd be in there Nicholas agreed to charge me by the day which I would consider to be very generous, two days in we received confirmation that we got the hospital accommodation, I explained to Robert the scenario and without hesitation completely knew the story, even offered to leave our car there until we were ready to go home. Bedrooms were lovely and very quiet at night, I will 100% be staying here, the lads were very welcoming and helped me out when I needed it.. as of location 5min walk to the city centre where all your essentials are.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment they sent a email giving us options and costs of how to get from the airport to them. Then on arrival we got such a friendly welcome, nothing was a problem. The room we had downstairs was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous with so many choices. Thankyou for such a pleasant stay.

Can’t praise Harvey’s Guest House enough…. From the moment we entered the house we were made to feel so welcome Rooms are lovely and spacious and 100% spotless The breakfast is well worth the money Ideally placed for City Centre and most bus routes I will be recommending Harvey’s to any of my friends travelling to Dublin and will definitely be back

Greatvpla e to stay in Dublin. The hotel is family run and has a lovely friendly a**osphere, although on a busy road, one inside it is queit and comfortable. The owners are very helpful nothing is too much trouble

Very friendly host! But that’s where it ends! Charging £300 a night was absolute robbery the same property this week is £120 (joke) No Wi-Fi in the room (was told at the end you don’t get it in the basement) The shower over the bath leaked out the sides so no pressure, We had breakfast 1 day that was stone cold (food pre cooked and left out) Was told by the host don’t walk on your own out side (great) Hard to describe the smell in the room (musty basement) Parked my car in the secure car park at the rear of the property we had to move it out the night before as we was leaving early only to find I had a puncture!!! And a ferry to catch!! €270 latter (nail in the tire picked up from the secure parking) Pure greed by the landlord for a very dated very poor standard hotel. Wouldn’t pay £50 a night
