舒適酒店(Comfort Inn)

Our stay at the Comfort Inn was very enjoyable. Our room was very quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. We wii definitely stay at this hotel the next time we visit southern Indiana.

We booked a room here since we were going to Holiday World. Seems like this hotel is known for that. When we checked in at 3pm which is when check in can begin. We were given keys to 2 different rooms and neither of them were actually ready. Front desk was very helpful with this though. The pool is not good- there is a strong mold/mildew smell that hits you as soon as you walk in so we were unable to use that.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. As soon as we stepped off the elevator it was like stepping into a sauna. When we asked if they were aware that it was hot in the 3rd floor hallway, we were told, yes but they didnt know why. The room temp was already set at 69 when we arrived, so we left it there, but it never felt cool enough. Went down to the pool one evening, decided NOT to get in! It had what looked like oily foam floating around and it didnt smell like a pool area usually smells (like chlorine). The elevator crackled, popped and ****ed around, it was a little concerning. Location was good, breakfast was good, bed was comfy, hotel was clean, employees were helpful and friendly.

This property got an AMAZING RATING BY THE STAFF! WE Couldn't RATE THE STAFF HIGHER IF WE TRIED!! We left an heirloom by accident and was able to retrieve it no time, with no problem by contacting the office immediately! They were more than appreciated!!

The stay in Jasper was top notch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We needed to leave before breakfast was to be served. The front desk personnel guaranteed we would have breakfast He was great. Good good and great service.

Overall, a very nice location. Reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Would have liked a little more variety during breakfast but still very good.

This hotel is one of the best that i have stayed at in a very long time!!! It was comfortable, super clean, the customer service was top notch, and the breakfast was exquisite!!!!

I enjoyed my stay. Our room was very clean, the property was nice and well kept.
