優雅的拉帕德杜布羅夫尼克

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.

絕對不是四星級的飯店，當你向接待處的工作人員詢問一些資訊時，他們根本沒有幫助。禮貌設定很差，要換毛巾，你必須把它們放在地板上，否則清潔女工會假裝什麼都沒發生。義大利口味的早餐太糟糕了！只有藥水好！

糟糕的酒店，由一個傲慢的人管理，接待處白天和晚上都沒有工作人員，酒店整晚都失去控制，噪音和吵鬧的音樂，浴室只有禮賓套裝，沒有毛巾更換。它根本沒有什麼四星級的東西，我不推薦給所有人。

Il soggiorno presso l'Elegant Inn Hotel è stato veramente piacevole. La struttura è molto bella ed elegante, a pochi chilometri dal centro storico raggiungibile con l'autobus in circa 10 minuti. A 30 minuti di auto, invece, interessante la visita a Cavtat, Ragusa vecchia. C'è a disposizione dei clienti un parcheggio gratuito. Colazione buona e varia. Il titolare e il personale alla reception sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Siamo state a Medjugorie e a Kotor (Cattaro) in Montenegro, una città medievale, molto suggestiva, fuori dalla realtà. Da Kotor abbiamo fatto una gita in barca e abbiamo visitato l'Isola di nostra Signora delle Rocce e Perasto. Consiglio di salire sulla Golden Wave della compagnia Golden Tour perché il comandante e il personale sono stati veramente gentili e cordiali.

當我詢問有關這個地方的資訊時，接待人員總是很有禮貌並且樂於助人。臥室和浴室都很寬敞。空調不工作，溫度保持在 25.6 至 25.9 度之間，這意味著我在室外感受到的熱量與房間內的熱量相同。我向經理尋求幫助，他告訴我溫度會「自動」下降，當我要求換房間時，他很粗魯而且粗魯。早餐需要改進。毛巾需要更換，因為它們很粗糙。

Although I'm not strict at all, unfortunately the air condition in our room didn't work properly in the extreme heat of August. The person who works at the reception spoke to the manager on the phone and despite the manager's instructions on how to adjust the air conditioning we still couldn't use it. The corridor of our room was extremely hot . Because of this heat it was not a good stay and the next day we left the hotel and although we had clicked on do not disturb botton the service came to our room. Nobody apologized to us and made no effort to please us. The receptionist was new and couldn't even print me a receipt for the money I paid. The breakfast was very ordinary and the coffee didn't taste good. I doubted my choice and checked several times on the website whether it is a four star hotel or not. The location was good and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel and you can take the number 6 bus to the old town in about 15 minutes. Not worth the money we spent at all

It's difficult to find this place, even with GPS. There is a small sign on top of the building not at either of the two entrances - one up some stairs beside some flats, the other behind an unlabelled car park. Once there, it's a good find, with bright, clean rooms, marred only by doorless showers which spray water over the floor howover careful one is.
