The location is excellent, easy to access and all the spots are within walking distance. The room with little kitchen which is great and cozy.

The property is lovely. Our room was the balcony suite (3rd floor room 5). Very happy with the room - kitchenette with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and delivered right to the room which we enjoyed out on our balcony. Only disappointment was something the hotel isn’t responsible for which was an absolutely annoying upstairs guest. They walked around their room (stomping) all hours of the night (stopped around 1AM) and started back up again at 4AM. Had I been more confident I would have gone up to the room and requested they stop but since the hotel front desk isn’t there in the evenings I wasn’t comfortable confronting another guest. Some reviewers complain that you must take steps, it’s a beautiful old building, steps weren’t that bad. The location cannot be beat!!!!

It was a little bit of a challenge to find, but the staff were so helpful it made it acceptable (make sure you have WhatsApp on your phone, extraordinarily helpful in these situations where you're lost trying to find your hotel.) Keep in mind you're staying in the old city, and there are no elevators, and often a lot of cobblestones and stairs to negotiate. Luckily, my partner and I are reasonably fit so this was not terribly challenging However, the front desk person met us at the top of the stairs (about a 120 steps down) and took one of our bags to the hotel lobby where we checked in. Our room was up on the top floor. Again, no elevator, the front desk gentleman took one of our bags up to the top. He would have taken all of them, but I was adamant that I could carry them. Great location! Highly recommend. If you are interested in exploring the old city, can't beat this place.

This is a pleasant, clean boutique hotel with friendly staff in a great location right in the middle of the old. It has eight rooms and we booked what is the best room which is the top floor "Deluxe Suite" with balcony. The room has character, is modern and tastefully furnished and has a kitchenette. The small balcony (and it is very small) has nice views across the rooftops of the old town. However, I've given the hotel just an "average" rating overall as there were a few things that don't reflect a 4-star hotel. For example breakfast was poor - brought to your room at a pre-arranged time (guests are asked to book and pre-order the day before from a fixed menu, I ordered the option that supposedly included baccon & egg but the whole thing came was just a rather tasteless omlette whilst the fruit in my wife's cereal was still frozen), the lack of anyone at reception much of the time and no facility to help with luggage even if you book their own airport car transfer meaning (in our case) having to haul heavy suitcases through the busy old town in very hot weather (other hotels at least have a luggage trolly to loan guests) so, in my view it did not represent 4-star quality overall and was not good value (we paid over £300 for one night).

場所は最高です。窮屈なバルコニー（眺望なし）の部屋は4階でエレベーターが無くスーツケースの持ち運びは大変です。朝食は部屋食で前日までに申し込むのですが　申し込んだ内容と違う朝食が遅れて届く為、注意が必要です。 スタッフは優しく親切でタクシー乗場までスーツケースの持ち運びを手伝ってくれました。

Hyggelig personale som var serviceinnstilte. Fint rom med tekjøkken. Grei frokost som ble servert på rommet. Ikke heis, vi hadde rom i fjerde etg.

The personnel at the property are exceptional willing to help and make you feel at home. ❤️

Un hotel muy lindo súper ubicado! Una gran opción para visitar Dubrovnik, lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!

This was probably the worst decision that I have ever made when booking a room on this platform. The walls are incredibly thin, as are the floors. We had someone above us who stomped all night. We complained to the front desk and they “tried” to deal with it at 10pm. But at 2:00 AM it happened again. We tried to get in touch with someone at the front, nothing. Tried to get ahold of **********, super unhelpful. And then the upstairs people started yelling and kicking on our door until 3:00 AM. I have never felt this unsafe in a room I paid so much for. The upstairs people left, but the rest of the stay wasn’t much better. And the front desk didn’t help or compensate. It was a horrible experience. Never ever again.
