Amazing location, sound proof rooms and comfy bed. Would recommend

Perfect location, very friendly and helpful host.

This is a great little hotel to stay in for a trip to Dubrovnik. It is right in the heart of Old Town and in any direction you can hit the city walls with a 5 or 10 minute walk. The room we got was smallish (it's in Old Town after all), but extremely nice and comfortable with a well functioning air conditioner. If you come to Dubrovnik in late spring, summer or probably early autumn then an air conditioner is absolutely mandatory! Don't think you can rely on the night's breeze to get a comfortable sleep. You are going to need that air conditioner. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. For example, they recommended getting the Dubrovnik Pass. If you are going to walk the city walls, and you should, then the Dubrovnik Pass nearly pays for itself on the first use. They also recommended a ton of other stuff to do. All good advice. We stayed a week and that was the perfect amount of time for us, because we do things at a relaxed pace. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that has a good, albeit a bit pricey, breakfast. If you are very hungry then I recommend the frittata. This hotel is a very easy recommendation due to its location, it being newly renovated and a very hospitable and helpful staff.

The apartment was small but it was clean and well lit. The only drawback was that we didn’t have an iron. Not sure if one would have been provided because we didn’t ask. Other than that, Romania responded quickly to our requests and was pleasant and very helpful.

I genuinely cannot say enough incredible things about my stay, it was a perfect 10/10 from start to finish! What truly made the experience unforgettable was Romana. She was beyond phenomenal. So kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the best possible time. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, welcomed, and completely at home. Her recommendations for places to explore and eat in Dubrovnik were spot on and truly elevated my entire trip. She didn’t just host, she cared, and it showed in every interaction. Thanks to her, my stay was exceptional and honestly one of the highlights of my travels. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Town, making everything easily accessible and perfect for exploring! Do yourself a favour and book her place, you will not regret it. Romana, the hostess, makes you feel at home and goes above the call of duty to make your stay in Dubrovnik wonderful. The sobe is small but very comfortable and nicely decorated with a stone wall and wooden beam ceiling in the room. The shower has excellent power and the bed is comfortable. As indicated earlier, in the event you need anything Romana is JOHNNY ON THE SPOT. I would definitely stay at Villa siguratta again.

Small room but clean and well finished. Nice bathroom. Wifi and aircon. Surprisingly quiet considering it's great location in the heart of old town. Romana is very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Dubrovnik, man muss auch keine Treppen laufen, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und Romana und ihre Schwester geben einem durch ihre warmherzige Art jedes Mal das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I loved staying here! The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, the host is genuinely kind and helpful, and everything was spotless. I would happily stay here again.
