Truly a peace haven and affordable I may add for a true 5 stars hotel. We spent 10 days on Holliday there and appreciated every single day, even with the road in front under construction. The room are really comfy with good space. With few rooms you can truly enjoy the swimming pool and it's area , almost feeling like it is your private pool. Taking breakfast outside in a charming and secluded terrasse make it a good start of the day.I recommend to take the breakfast which is rich with lots of choices and of good quality. Service is impeccable and friendly. The building architecture is romantic and add much to the atmosphere . Do not hesitate to try the cosy bar area on evening with view to the port. Beside the hotel restaurant, there are several good quality restaurants to choose from a close by. Only regret is public transportation. While station is not too far away and most likely as a result of work constructions, there are time of wait and queues. But otherwise it is very practical to move around and visit Dubrovnik. All in all we had a real good time and can sincerely recommend this hotel for peaceful or romantic stay in Dubrovnik.

We stayed at the hotel for a week whilst on holiday in Dubrovnik. I have been to Dubrovnik three times before and this is one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. The building and surrounding areas are beautiful and the hotel,although old fashioned in its decor, is lovely throughout. The hotel is pristine and the staff were wonderful. Fresh towels were provided all day by the pool and the pool area itself was a tranquil place to relax. The breakfast is served Al a Carte and everything that we tried was lovely. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It’s a five minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Lapad but was an oasis after being in the busy Old Town or Lapad during the day. I look forward to coming back.

Everything was perfect. Room was elegant, clean and comfortable. Great WI-FI. Good restaurant on site. Great location within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars , cafes and beach. Nice paved walking trail close by. Supermarket within 5 minute walk. Bus ($1.50) or Uber ($6) to Old Town is super quick and easy. The ferries to Split and islands is also a quick $5 Uber ride or a 35 minute walk (don’t do it with luggage). Great staff at hotel too.

The room was a nice size with enough storage / worktop space. Shower was above the bath, decent water pressure / temp. I particularly liked the little slippers. The courtyard setting was beautiful but we weren't that impressed with the food. Dinner was nice but tiny portions and very expensive. Breakfast was better, the best thing was they do gluten free bread. The restaurant was almost empty for dinner and breakfast as it was not peak season and it did feel a bit like the server was annoyed we were there, although they coped with the dietary req. Reception was very helpful. We didn't find the road-works an issue as the pathway alongside the hotel leads directly to the main bus stop towards Old Town (about 5-10 mins walk) and then the centre of Lapad is just beyond that. I would stay there again.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Relaxation is what it delivers day after day. 5 nights here just about to end and wish we were staying further. Staff are amazing, they make it relaxing. Food is great and cocktails amazing. We were given great ideas for walks and bus rides. Nothing is too much trouble. We will be back! Simply superb!
