Busy during the summer but a great stay overall. Easy beach access (at a nearby hotel) and a direct bus route to the old town. A nice break.

I can very recommend that hotel

Hotel was very lovely, with all good amenities, and easy dining opportunities along with courteous and helpful staff. My only small criticism, is that when B & B guests are on excursion trips, the breakfast boxes provided, should have less carbs and sugary treats and more protein such as nuts, pulses and eggs in them.

We had a wonderful week at the Lacroma, the pool(s) were great, the private beach nearby was the best we found in the area, the buffet breakfasts and dinners were a constant delight and all the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious, and the entire hotel aeemed to have a perfect view of the incredible.sunsets. We definitely intend to return next time we visit Dubrovnik!

The Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik is situated on the Adriatic Sea. The view from our room of the sea was fantastic. The room itself was spacious and very clean. All staff were professional in their appearance and demeanor. The food was excellent and service first rate. You will enjoy this hotel!

The room was nice and had a balcony. The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely with a great view, a bit noisy because of all the kids. The breakfast buffet was enormous with many yummy choices, however, parents let their children run and scream so it was more like Disneyland than a restaurant. The evening buffet was also vast with many choices. The evening buffet manager, Joseph, was so rude to me for asking a question that we almost left on the spot. We continued to watch him berate his staff as they physically shrunk if front of us. Warning, do not ask Joseph if they serve pasta. You will be sorry. The location to other restaurants and the bus line is perfect. If You you get a chance eat at hotel more, restaurant more, is absolutely amazing.

The staff was one of the highlights of the hotel, always helpful and smiling. The room was spacious and nice. Indoor and outdoor pool which was great, with lots of sun beds. The spa area is very nice offering different saunas and steam bath. Transport to Dubrovnik old town was super easy with the bus directly from the hotel, 15 minutes for 2 eur per person (cheaper at the hotel kiosk). Only downside: quality/price ratio. The quality of the food was low given the price level. For the price level, expect standard west European prices (we’re from Paris, it was same prices as at home but lower quality)

I liked this 4-star hotel. Hotel about a 30 minute drive from the airport. Easy check-in, room was clean and service was quick when we asked for extra pillows and other items for the room. Pool was refreshing and wasnt difficult finding lounging if you were there early enough. Beach at Presidente Valamar was a short walk away and is recommended if one prefers. 15 euro to use with towels. Restaurant there as well. Promenade was nice to leisurely walk in the evening. Wifi wasn't great at times. Breakfast buffet had many options. Noticed the hotel was wheelchair accessibility. I definitely would recommend. Am surprised there wasnt a shuttle from Valamar properties to the airport. Would make sense to have to align with their eco friendly atmosphere. Private driver was 58 euro which coukd be paid at the hotel.

This hotel or RESORT goes up there as one of the best we’ve ever experienced!!! Immediately welcomed at the check in by Marin, who I would say was a total gentleman throughout our whole stay. Very knowledgeable about the restaurants in the area as well. The junior suite exceeded our expectations. Grounds are well maintained and everything is clean. The pool is amazing with wonderful amenities. Breakfast is all you can ask for! Live music on a Sunday evening from our balcony, topped off the whole experience! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
