不錯，設施都蠻新，位置離老城中間大街也很近很近，但是拿着行李進出老城是樓梯比較不方便

Had an amazing stay at this luxury hotel in Dubrovnik! The impeccable service, stunning views, and luxurious amenities truly exceeded expectations. Surprisingly good value for such a high-end experience. Would highly recommend!

在城牆內的一家很棒的小酒店，如果帶着行李走幾步就很痛苦…米其林星級餐廳和屋頂晚餐…每個房間都是單獨設計的…極具裝飾藝術…工作人員非常……好，地方非常乾淨…你會從Plie gates進入…需要走過一些很陡的台階…不過，呆在城牆裡面感覺真是太棒了…從這裏步行去往各處都很方便…

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, on fait tout à pieds. Le personnel est très gentil (comme tous les croates). La décoration est très belle, avec des œuvres d’art. Lit très confortable, produits d’hygiène à disposition, kitchenette dans la chambre avec thé et café à disposition. Le palais est magnifique. Nous avons dîné une fois au restaurant de l’hôtel : ce fut notre meilleur repas à Dubrovnik. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet, il faut choisir à la carte et on nous sert. Le seul bémol serait que nous étions dans une chambre sur rue et la rue est très bruyante le soir. Autre chose : les restaurants sont hors de prix à Dubrovnik : 1,5 à 2 fois les prix français.

Il servizio non è all'altezza del prezzo delle camere. Il wifi e la TV non funzionavano, il letto era alla francese (non dichiarato nella descrizione delle stanze), un giorno la stanza non è stata rifatta, non c'era la possibilità di avere un cuscino diverso, la colazione con scelta molto limitata, servizio lento e piatti serviti quasi freddi e, infine, da sottolineare, l'atteggiamento della signora al desk che, di fronte ad ogni protesta (peraltro molto garbata) si limitava a dire che le dispiaceva ma che non poteva porre rimedio al problema. Al rientro, ho scritto al management dell'hotel facendo presente quanto sopra e chiedendo un indennizzo per i disagi subiti (considerato il prezzo pagato) o, quanto meno una replica con le scuse ma non ho mai ricevuto una risposta. Poco professionale!

The hotel's location is perfect, one level up from Stradun so not too many steps to climb from the main street. Inside the hotel there is one flight of steps and then an elevator and there is help for luggage. Our rooms were really lovely and comfortable. We had a walk-in shower but our friend did not but she had a charming balcony which overlooked the street. The hotel has a restaurant with an outdoor seating area as well as inside.The food was very good but the menu limited and there are so many restaurants nearby to try. The waiter was very pleasant. And I have to mention the staff at this hotel- they are wonderful! Maria at Reception took good care of us even checking on our sick friend for two days while we went sightseeing (we did, of course, check on our friend midday each day). Another was Leona at Reception who helped me get my phone working . If you had any questions or needed help, Maria and Leona were there for you. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great location in the Old Town. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had awesome views of the city from our room, which was the apartment on the 4th floor. We had breakfast every day at the hotel and dinner one night. The food was phenomenal! We would highly suggest staying at this hotel.

We absolutely loved the Prijeko Palace hotel while staying in Old Town Dubrovnik. The staff made us feel right at home and took extra care to ensure our stay was special. The food was fabulous – and the location perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you were visiting Dubrovnik.

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed for two nights, and it was a very comfortable, clean, nice stay. The hotel is very well decorated, has beautiful architecture, and the associates were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, pillows were great, and shower pressure was maybe the best I’ve experienced in Europe (which was surprising in an Old Town). It is easiest to access this hotel through the Pile Gate. We flew into Dubrovnik and just took an Uber and had them drop us off there. From that gate, it is a maybe 3 to 4 minute walk and is only up one flight of stairs, so a very easy walk into such an historic area. I read some reviews of people who stayed here that were very frustrated at having to walk up stairs, carry their own baggage, or felt like the walk to the hotel was excessive. I’m wondering if those reviews were left by people unfamiliar with walking to hotels in European cities, unfamiliar staying in pedestrian only areas, or did not do research prior to staying here…because this was a very pleasant and brief walk to the hotel in a scenic and unique part of town. I would 100% stay here again.

This hotel was spectacularly good. Our original schedule had us booked into a resort hotel a long way from the old town of Dubrovnik so we found this hotel and got it on our tour. It was on a perfect street with lots of bars and restaurants. The room e had was beautiful with an original stone balcony. There were lots of pieces of interesting artwork. There was also a restaurant on the roof where we had an excellent meal on our last night. All in all - amazing!

Wide menu at this owner run Croatian eatery. Personal service. Good, standard fare at good prices. Attentive service and just one alley away from the busy mayhem of the Main Street. So many of these types of restaurants but after four days here, this is one of the best. If you are looking for reasonably priced traditional Croatian food, this will do it for you

The room we were allocated was so small and cramped. It was overpriced and is not worth the money. There are plenty of apartments in Dubrovnik that would cost 1/5th the amount we paid. Our travel plans changed at the last minute due to family reasons and they would not refund our money. They blamed *********** and a *********** blamed them. In the end, we changed our plans to stay and we’d so disappointed with this 400 Euro per night room without any special extras or breakfast. It was seriously the biggest waste of money and one of the worst places we have ever stayed in Europe and Croatia. I will continue to write poor reviews about this place yow and other travellers to not get ripped off like we were. Do not stay here!!!!

This restaurant is a must visit in Dubrovnik. Quirky art, beautiful ornate decor. Master chef plating and lovely vegetarian food. But the star of the show was their desserts. Do checkout the chocolate cherry moose if you love chocolate. The service too was lovely and the staff speaks English fluently. It’s a must visit

Great location. Close to the Pile Gate. Many restaurants close by. It is in the center of the city and a restaurant area so it was a bit noisy at night. The room was extremely hot as it took quite awhile for the air conditioning to kick on. The bathroom floor was so sticky that we put towels down so as not to walk in the sticky substance.
