We arrived at the place, there was no one and no info, no contact number only the sign on the door. We called the number from the reservation only to hear from some agency that they dont manage this property. So my girlfried went to contact two of the neigbours(partly in spanish, partly italian and hand speech - the neigbougs were around 65-80) and since they were at home and very kind we got the right number to call. That was the last option we tried so it all took almost two hours.
I called the number and talked to Daniela Vukadin. One of the first things she had to say when we didnt exactly like the situation was: "I'm doing this for 15 years, I have 15 appartments, I run this through *******(we have booked through **********) and if you dont like it you can leave". Basically an overgrown spoiled child.
What we didn't hear once during the whole conversation was "sorry". I run the bussines too and I understand mistakes happen but such an attitude is obviously disaster. Basically there was no attempt to improve the situation, only to end the call very quickly and god forbid admit that some mistake was made.
I guess if everthing goes fine it's allright, but if not you don't want to deal with this.
And by the way parking is advertised as free, but its only free if there are free spots on the street in front of the property. There was a free spot so fine, otherwise you pay hourly I guess.
