We have stayed here numerous times an have always had a pleasant experience however, on staying here Tuesday 19th December I was disgusted with a particular supervisors extremely poor customer service. When we went to the bar after returning from an evening out, we was told that the bar wasn't open as there was new staff working and they didn't know what to do. We asked if we left £20 which would more than cover the two drinks we always order could we have them which once again we was rudely told no. I asked where the sign was to make the guests aware of this and was told that the hotel didn't have to do this. I then asked why we wasn't informed at check in to which her response was she didn't check us in. I asked why the receptionist didn't inform us and the reply I got was "it's not my problem" with a shrug of the shoulders. I asked for her name to which she said she didn't have to give it and it wasn't my business what her name was but I told her I knew she was a supervisor and I'm sure her name was Tyler. I then informed her I'd be making a complaint to head office and her reply was the go on do it. On walking to the lift I could hear her shouting to the the receptionist if we gave any more "trouble" to call the police. I came back in and asked why by me raising an issue and making a complaint was trouble, where she got into a taxi and told me to shut up. The following evening at check in we was informed that Tyler has made a request not to take any more bookings from us ... although as there has never been an issue this wasn't the case. The amount of times four of us stay there each week let alone the money we spend there this is totally unacceptable behavior. For someone that's in a customer service role, Tyler's attitude is disgusting!!!

Staying here for weeks never a bad word to say. Until we was refused service by the supervisor Tyler rude and nasty person told us she won't serves us it's the end of her shift what?? All the other staff memeber are sound not a bad word to say but the supervisor Tyler needs to learn how to speak to customers

Me and my partner booked to stay for the night after a nice meal for my partners birthday. When we got there everything was fine check in was nice and easy no queue and the lady on reception was really friendly and polite. When we got to our room, I went to do us a cup of tea but found that our cups were used. Upon further inspection, the bin was full, towels were used and the bed hadn't been changed or made. I went and told the lady on reception and she was brillinant. She couldn't apologise enough and even cleaned the room hersldf whilst me and my partner had a hot drink in reception. This was the worst stay we've ever had in a Premier Inn!

This hotel provides an alternative economical choice for family trip to the area nearby Birmingham. There is a plenty of parking space - free of charge. The hotel building, room, and furniture is in a good status. The toilet and bath are clean without any bad smell. We particularly appreciate the bed - not too soft or hard for sleep. The smaller bed for children is also clean and perfect in size. The standalone heater is surprisingly workable to keep our room warm - but not too hot and dry for sleep. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

Myself and my friend wanted to visit the Black Country living museum, I drove from Essex and as check in wasn’t until 3 we decided to go straight to blist hill, we got to the hotel at 4, chilled for a couple of hours then went across to where all the restaurants were, the next day we had a lovely breakfast great value set us up for the day, less than a 5 minutes drive and you are at the museum. Room was clean and lovely and warm,staff were great good value for the money.

Opened kitchen an hour early to fit with our plans. Great location for black country museum- less than 10 min walk. Five minutes drive to park and ride for Birmingham. Lots of eating places close by. Friendly staff.

Ideal if wanting place to stay next to amenities. rooms being advertised at 39-40 pounds. We paid £350 for 3 for 2 nights. And internet not connecting Also phone connection impossible so had to text outside building Bathroom very clean, however space from sitting on pan to to sink zero making it difficult to clean oneself

Stayed 1 night while visiting family in Dudley great hotel close to all attractions and my family great breakfast in hotel cafe, clean room friendly staff free parking all you need in one place will happily visit again when in area

Ideal location for Black Country living museum with plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel was what you’d expect from a premier inn good value, clean and functional As a shareholder one of the perks is a free breakfast and I’ve had quite a few ! But I have to say this was one of the best - cooked to perfection 😁 I asked for the chefs name as it was so good - so we’ll done Ian, the rest of the front of house staff were also very good and friendly and attentive Overall a very nice stsy

I wouldn’t be staying there again . Nice hotel close to shopping facilities and restaurant etc . But the woman checked me in was very rude and moody which wasn’t a good start. The vending machine didn’t work on our la night . Overall inside the room was nice .

The hotel is very easy to find. Room very clean. Brilliant shower. Room nice and warm. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Katie G was so pleasant and friendly. Bed very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay. The staff here are so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable for the night. Stayed a few weeks ago in another travelodge for a family event and this one held up to our expectations.

I stay at lots of different Travelodge up and down the country with work. The staff and management at this one have been by far the best. Exceptional with every need. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Spotless twin room with everything we needed. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the service and food were great and affordable. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Great stay. Would return.
