PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW! This place was DIRTY! I was in room 208 I went to the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting. Behind and the sides of toilet was dirty. It has plaster dust, every corner had old dirt The faucet handle had black mildew in the trim of it. The brown shower curtin was disgusting. I went and complained. They said it was too late for the cleaners to come and they would have them come in the morning. I told them this was unacceptable. The woman at the desk tried to tell me that the bathroom was cleaned b4 renting it. I told her that bathroom had not been cleaned in 5yrs. After going back to the room I went to boil water and found a dead roach on the stove so I took a picture off it. 5 mins later a roach came crawling up the wall over the beds headboard. So I then video taped it and killed it end checked out. I took the dead roach back to the front desk and asked do this lol look like that room is clean? The microwave was dirty, the iron board had old paint so over the cushion top. It was just disgusting. If anyone says this place was clean they must be used to living in a dirty house. It was like the old motel 6. I will say it's a quiet area. It looks like alot of ppl live there because I was told they only clean the room Once a week. I was supposed to stay 7days but checked out right after that and went somewhere else. Ooh and even though it has a kitchen it doesn't come with ANYTHING. Not a pot or pan and no napkins or extra toilet paper. This place is a DUMP! Definitely pay $10 more and go somewhere else.

I’ve been here since November 2021, I have really enjoyed it and we’re family now, My room is cleaned every week very good & the cleaning staff do little things for you like take their time also the manger,Nimisha is amazing and very nice and friendly. Her staff members are amazing as well and are the same way. I love it here!!!! Whenever, I do leave it’s going to be a celebration 🎉 going away party. It’s clean outside the maintenance man keeps everything picked up.

Excellent hotel staff! Clean rooms and quiet property. Nimisha Patel, Manager, is very friendly and accommodating. I got my car keys locked in and didn’t know how to get them out. The front desk staff searched and found something in the middle of the night! They are truly caring about their patrons! I would definitely recommend staying there while in the Duluth area. This is my second stay!

Excellent customer service nice neat rooms safe area to stay nimisha is a wonderful person I love it here channel always work very convenient to go places to eat everything is close by they clean the rooms good everybody is friendly the house keeper are good

This hotel is clean and they are super nice and safe. The customer service is excellent and Nimisha Patel is very pleasant and always takes care of me. I would recommend anyone to stay at this motel. it’s great.

They have good room service by helping keep it clean given u supplies. Very polite and friendly. I have lived here for 3 years and never had a bad experience Very quiet and nice place to live and good for children as well.

Great stay, good and safe location close to highway, and always treated nicely when I come here. Nimisha always treat me nicely when I come here. Good customer service from staff at front desk. Clean rooms and comfy bedroom.

The office staff is amazing! The manager, Nimisha, is very nice. The rooms are clean, and the parking lot is well lit at night. They are pet friendly, and they are in walking distance to various stores.

Great overall experience. Awesome guest services, near a lot of great venues. The facility was clean and well maintained. I will stay again when I'm traveling. The staff are very attentive to what I needed.
