Absolutely not mad. What a great property. Hilton does not disappoint. So I didn’t get everyone’s names, only two names. Those are Prince and Roxanne(could have been Roseanne) but Mr Prince upon check out told a good joke and I forgot the right name. Either way, my point is that everyone my daughters and I interacted with was wonderful. The young woman at breakfast from Kingstree was funny and friendly and really made my day. Now to what really matters, Hilton has done it again. I was very impressed by this property. We had a queen two room suite with a mini fridge and microwave.Everything was clean and was very well maintained. There were real drinking glasses in the room, like the old school days and I really liked that, it’s the small things for me. Had a door between the two rooms so I could go to sleep and not be bothered by the kiddo in the other room watching tv. The beds were so very cozy. Had clean white linens and lots of pillows, I really liked the softer ones. The wall of windows was nice. The curtains were even better. We ordered room service and it came in a timely manner and was very good and was more than enough. We got a few appetizers to share and the portions were huge. The server brought extra plates without asking because she knows her stuff, again didn’t get name and that’s my fault. There was a manager’s reception in the evening with cocktails and appetizers and I enjoyed that as well. Breakfast was so yummy. I was able to get a fried egg instead of scrambled and that was really nice. There were so many choices and even had soda available for breakfast. The bar and lobby area was interesting as it had several private like sitting areas with booth like seating, TVs and tables. I woke up earlier than my kiddos and went downstairs had coffee and sat outside in the courtyard area. I was just super impressed from check in to check out. I would most definitely, always stay here. Also, there were also real plants everywhere.

Rooms were super updated and ever clean and spacious. Omelet cooks at breakfast are super friendly . Allison at the bar is the best!!! Pepita was a joy to be around as well. Staff are all kind accommodating. Also used the gym daily it was small but equipment worked fine for my use. Employees deserve a raise for their excellent customer service !

We have stayed here multiple times on our visits to Atlanta. It is a very nice embassy suites. The pool is nice. The evening reception and breakfast are great. It is near medieval times and about 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta attractions. (Granted with traffic it can end up being longer but we have managed to avoid the traffic but going into Atlanta early on the weekends). We enjoy using this as a base for our trips. We spend the day in Atlanta and then come back for dinner and cocktails.

Very nice, clean and expansive. Lots of amenities, centrally located to lots of shopping, recreation, and parks. Good gym. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and has several amenities. Free happy hour.

Very nice hotel, staff is very professional, and courteous. Loved the fitness center, and rooftop pool. The Water fountains were very good as well, since we drink a lot while traveling. Parking is well lit, and easy to access, and have plenty of spaces for SUVs. The room was very clean and spacious, with kitchenette and small fridge. Beds were comfy as well, and I really enjoyed their breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. They offered a variety menu to choose from; such as breads, fruit, scrambled eggs and omelettes Front desk staff were very friendly and ready to help us. It was a great experience staying in your place. We definitely will return.

Pro: The hotel breakfast is one of the major selling points of the hotel. The size of the rooms are adequate and spacious. The refrigerator didn't work, but it was replaced with a new refrigerator. The cleaning staff and front desk employees are very helpful. Cons: The parking lot was extremely dark, due to at least 2 of the lights in the lot not operating. I was informed that this would take weeks to correct since a company has to be secured to fix the broken lights. In addition the certificate for operation in the elevators has expired. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. There was also a Periplaneta americana that was spotted by the elevator door.

Great hotel. Very clean. Front desk person was great at check in. Nice little happy hour and great breakfast selection. Room was large, 2 queen suite. Had a separate area the kids could watch TV in at night. .75 miles to drop off of conference center behind it. Very convenient. Would stay at again.

I want to thank Ms. Nastassia Joy, for the service she provided to me. I left a leather jacket in the hotel room and I telephoned the hotel, was connected to Ms. Joy who willingly went to check for the jacket, immediately telephoned me and gave instructions on how I could retrieve the jacket. Ms. Joy took the time to take the jacket to FedEx on her personal time. My appreciation for her doing so cannot be expressed in words because she certainly went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Ms. Joy thank you for being a blessing and definitely for putting the joy back in me with the return of my leather jacket. And my apologies for the length of time it has taken to post this excellent review on TripAdvisor. Secondly, I would like to say the mattress and pillows allowed us to have the best nights sleep thus far. If anyone ever needs a good nights rest this is the place to go get it!!!
