北德盧斯商場區歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Duluth North/Mall Area)

Our room was filthy, my wife and I stayed there on my birthday, it was dusty. I had to take an extra allergy medicine to deal with all the dust, staff was chatty with each other. Check in was awful, We waited 30mins to find out if our room was clean or not. Upon entering our dirty room was a manager and staff talking about overtime problems. We will not stay there again. $200 over priced bad room bad service bad breakfast.

The room was clean but furniture could be replaced. Breakfast was ok - was busy and did not replace items very well.

Decent hotel great location, good breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that there was no housekeeping on Christmas Day. I get it but at least let your guests know that while checking in.

Motel is very nice. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have more places to hang coats and towels. Also would have been nice to have a larger dresser or place to store clothing.

Property was very clean and in good condition (except jets for hot tub weren't working). Friendly staff, good breakfast options - need to improve breakfast seating, more guests than seating and many had to take food back to their rooms to eat. Also, did not like the sliding "barn door style" bathroom door - couldn't lock it and it is a target for young childrrn to want to play with.

What did I like? Close to shopping I guess but… I didn’t come to give a positive review… I thought the staff was cold and indifferent from the get go. 5:26am I was awakened by god knows what? (rolling laundry carts, stomping, slamming housekeeping closets, I still don’t know. I asked the staff the following a.m, and they basically dismissed it as residents checking out per as usual on a Saturday morning. Also the &$ckn alarm clock went off at 6am! (Blind without my glasses became an awaking chore that finally, fully pissed me off!) Might as well mentione, my room smelled funny too. Just sayin!

Furniture in room slightly dated/damaged. Very basic but clean and comfortable. Nice updated bathroom.

Everything was great, I did forget to mention all 3 dispensers in the bathroom shower need refilling.

We came up to Duluth to celebrate my 50th birthday. Our experience with Hampton Inn & Suites is always consistent, friendly staff, clean rooms, glean public areas, comfortable beds. This Miller Hill Mall area is a location we have stayed at previously and are always happy with our time there.
