天啊!這是在五星報上評論過的地方之一,你去看看......他們真的值得!我喜歡這個地方!前台工作人員真的爲任何入住定了心情,這些女士真的用真誠的微笑,幽默的智慧,完全的專業精神,還有迷人的歡迎性格溫暖您的心!A1,100%再好不過了。一流。最好的!我最記得的名字是阿麗亞娜&喬拉,因爲他們在這個有時困難的職業中真正做到卓越。房間很乾淨!所以對所有做這項工作的未透露姓名的人,謝謝!他們幾乎每天都有早餐供應,還有點亮的菜單。美味,價格實惠,而且迅速。正如他們所說的,這個省是LAAMI KAAYO!新鮮的雪糕也很棒!店主是一家純粹的菲律賓公司,所以沒有海外的怪異影響。我喜歡那個。加上有會議/宴會設施,漂亮的游泳池雖然我沒試過,大堂很棒,我覺得28個整體房間。唯一希望的就是......。就是這些當之無愧的5-STAR評分,請不要漲價!我會一次又一次地來這裏。真的愛這個地方!離家出走。

臨街的房子，吵死了！晚上、早上摩托車聲，狗叫聲，雞叫聲！一定都不隔音！門鎖不好用！趕上過年。旁邊的spa也做不了！

還算可以的，正在市區位置，去時店員們正在集中學聖經，也算是一景了，問了船去薄荷什麼的都解答很熱情，還特地給我打電話確認。房間我們都看了別人點評要定三人房，真的空間很大。

We have stayed at COCOGRANDE for 10 years but this August trip will be our last. This hotel has suffered NEGLECT by the owners and they have done nothing in the ways of repairs.. In just our last 10 visits we have been forced to move from our check-in room to another lower level room. Why? Flooded bathrooms. aircon did not work or was to much noise to sleep, wi-fi never good and always get excuses, toilet seats not attached to the toilet, safe needed batteries, no blanket - just a very worn thin sheet, shower floor very slippery but no more shower mats, COLD WATER, no longer offer hand towels or bathroom amenities. The real problem is the front desk staff knows about all of these complaints but STILL sends you into these defective unkempt rooms! Out of loyalty we have kept coming back almost every month but the hotel is no longer comfortable at all. Very sad, we used to really enjoy staying here.. Brian P.S. They just raised the room rates in August... Mangement Staff are not deep thinkers!

設備差,維護不好。我們到達時廚房連一個開罐器都沒有,沒有滾筒,只有3個碗,沒有茶匙。烹飪設備兩個露營風格的鍋和一個鬆動把手的煎鍋!地板髒,浴室髒。薄薄的牀單覆蓋着污漬和破損的牀墊,沒有牀墊保護器的跡象。游泳池綠化了3天,員工友好,但顯然不瞭解可接受的標準,缺乏監督和指導。

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! 登記的時候，前台服務員說找不到我的預定記錄，並且要我訂單號碼或確認號碼或者訂房日期，攜程的確認書上什麼都沒有記載，因此耽誤了好一段時間。

房間很小,但整潔乾淨。正如您從照片中看到的那樣,它們非常豐富多彩。有一個屋頂游泳池,可能是有史以來最小的酒店游泳池,但相當深。適合冷卻和城市的景色。如果客人充足,早餐可能是頂樓的自助餐,挺不錯的。否則只能在前台旁邊的咖啡廳點餐一杯飲料。與菲律賓經常發生的情況一樣,在這種情況下,選擇非常有限。當這兩個截然不同的情況時,很難評價酒店的價值。您可以在自助早餐中喝4或5杯以上的果汁,如果這不起作用,則只能喝1杯。我會慷慨的,並且評價很好,但前提是他們供應體面的早餐。如果你被咖啡館的早餐卡住了,我會把它降級爲平均水平。
